Like almost every nintendo game with Mario this game is fun, family friendly and an enjoy to play.

If he loves it then so do I. It is a game with great graphics. It was easy for him to learn and he enjoys playing it and teaches his friends how to play and they're loving it too.

Remembered playing this game all day with my cousin in the Nintendo 64. It's just like how I remembered it, but full of extras and new playing styles.

This game is a go to when it is cold out and dont want to get off the couch. It is lots of fun when played alone or with friends. Highly recommend it.

This game is really fun to play and is a good sequel to the previous iterations of Mario Tennis, but I just wish it had more modes to play in. You can only really do exhibition matches or knockouts. There should be more 'career' mode type options.

Absolutely one of the best games I played in awhile. Fun to play with family and friends and the game goes great in our family game night.

This game is very fun. My friends and I have been playing the gamecube version for years so it's a nice change of pace. However, it's very empty as a single player experience. Online mode does add a lot of replay-ability though.

I originally bought this for my son, and I ended up loving it just as much as he did. Been playing every chance we can get.

the game does not pack a whole lot of characters and is easy to unlock by gaining coins there is no challeges and n64 and gc versions were so much better than this game

Yay! Mario Tennis finally returns to a Nintendo Console! But the return is unfortunately very underwhelming. Ultra Smash is just like any other past Mario Tennis game. Chance Shots, which are powered-up shots, return from the last Mario Tennis game for the Nintendo 3DS. The new "Ultra Smash" that's introduced is pretty much another kind of Chance Shot, just in the form of a nearly unstoppable smash shot. The game also introduces Jump Shots - powerful but bouncy shots which are ideal counters to lob shots. The new Mega Battles in the game feature Mega Mushrooms that are often thrown to the players during a rally, and when picked up by a player, make the player ginormous for more powerful hits and farther reaches to overwhelm his or her opponents. Of course, you can still play simple, straight-up tennis or Mario Tennis as it was in the 3DS version. There is only one mini-game - Mega Ball Rally - where the objective is to simply maintain the longest rally possible with the tennis ball, which starts out humongous, gradually becomes smaller and smaller over time. As expected, online play is there; unfortunately, you cannot create and play matches with friends (at least, at the time of this posting). And that's it: no challenging offline tournaments where winning each of them unlocks a character, no other fun mini-games to enjoy, as it was in past Mario Tennis games. It's a pretty-looking game, but underwhelming in what it has to offer.
