Would I buy this at the regular price of over $1,0000? No... But for around $600 this was a steal. Very hard to find good sounding voice in these type of speakers but this hits a HR with the voice. It's so clear and the bass this thing delivers is surprising. Like other reviewers have said, the remote is sub par. For a $1500 system the remote shouldn't feel cheap.

...worked better, this would be a 5+. The look, feel and most importantly, sound are outstanding. My husband couldn't believe the subwoofer wasn't connected! Dialogue is crisp and clear and the simulated surround sound is decent. My one disappointment is the remote, which is pretty finicky about location (the speaker is positioned at the very front edge of the shelf above my tv. However, I really can't complain considering the amazing price I paid as a closet item.

Bought this on sale this week and I don't regret the purchase. I've used a Bose solo 15, Bose Cinemate and Bose Lifestyle 28 system and this sound bar tops the latter two by far and rivals the 28 in performance. The Bass is enough on this sound bar for my application in an apartment, maybe too much at times. It's quite easy to adjust settings from the tiny remote, but the remote is awful. At the price point it normally sells a better remote should be included. I guess ML thinks that if you're paying the msrp for this you probably have a decent universal remote which I would assume is true 90% of the time. Can't really complain about sound quality at all but that should be expected at this price point. Hooking optical direct from xbox one provides 5.1 sound, nice touch that the sound bar displays the type of audio playback so you can see if it's stereo or 5.1 etc. With the sale price of this unit it seems like a no brainier purchase.

This soundbar has gotten great reviews on many different websites and they are well deserved because it sounds great. It has many menu items to customize things to your liking. I am using the sub out into a powered subwoofer and it can rumble the room. I haven't heard a soundbar that can replicate a true surround sound system but this setup is good for a living room.

Just bought this Sound bar on Sale for $799.00. That was $700.00 off the original price. The sound quality is great. Only complaint is the remote is small. Only took ten minutes to hook up.

This soundbar is great! The sound that comes from it is unbelievable. The sound is extremely powerful, yet crisp and clear. This soundbar greatly improves my ability to watch TV/movies by increasing the quality of the audio. It has strong bass on it's own by I do use a Dynamo 1000W connected with it. Also, it was very easy and simple to set-up for anybody to use (even if you are not an audiophile). Bottomline, this soundbar is may seem expensive, but it is well worth the extra money to get the best sound quality.

This is an excellanrt sounding sound bar. The sound is very rich. I originally didn't purchase the Logan Martin Wireless Sub but after using the sound bar I decided I wanted more bass. Paired with the 700W, the set up rocks. I really do wish it had the ability to wirelessly play songs off my play list but I purchased this for a bed room where I primarily use it for TV, movies, and sports. The remote is a credit card thin unit. Time will tell how that will hold up. The controls on the top of the unit are placed correctly so its easy to change source, volume, on/off, etc.

Look no further for a sound bar. This one sounds great and set up is easy.

I was walking through Best Buy when heard acoustic guitar music that sounded so crisp I had to see where it came from. I went looking and it was coming from this sound bar. After the guitar came a science fiction battle scene and it sounded incredible so I had to purchase. I have not been disappointed. I'd never thought I'd spend so much on a soundbar, but it was worth it!!

I could write a long review but Martin Logan sounds off for itself. I compared this to B&W, Klipsch and Definitive Technology. I actually listened to each product with a Best Buy Magnolia rep and I listened to each brand without knowing which product I was listening to. I picked the Martin Logan products over B&W and Definitive Tech every time. Martin products have great frequency response, superior base and super crisp highs. Other products cost more and are built with expensive materials and if you want to really impress your friends with a B&W then go ahead but if you want the best sound, Martin Logan is the way to go. Don't take my word for it, go listen.

Wonderful rich tones and realistic. Nothing objectionable and a wide range of volume if you need it with the sound staying true all the way. Listened to several sound bars in this price range and was lucky this was on sale for the great quality it provides the listener. Easy to set up, too.

Listened to all the soundbars and this had the best sound for both music and movies. Doesn't include a subwoofer but does very well on its own. Add a sub and it's even better

I have tried a couple of sound bars and could not get a clear voice from characters in British films like the BBC Sherlock. The sound from musicals are amazing as well. Hits the budget hard,but worth it.

Love this sound bar. Better sound than a complete surround system that I have in my other family room. It also looks great!

If you are looking for high quality soundbar that sounds awesome with movies and music this is the one! This soundbar exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a soundbar you could hook a powered sub to it, a local Best Buy Associate suggested this soundbar. Hook up very quick and easy. Remote is very small. I was able to program my tv remote to control the soundbar.

I bought this item "open box". This sound bar is awesome. Martin Logan has done it again with a great, quality speaker. I just wished it had Bluetooth, which I believe the new model has now.

Basic functions, no Bluetooth for your iTunes, but if you want a great looking and nice sounding speaker instead of the pathetic stock TV speaker, this is it. Set up is a little time consuming to navigate through the different settings, but once you've done it , it sounds 100% better than the TV speaker. Room is 15' to sitting area by 30' wide. Plenty of sound for TV watching. Surround effects not great, you'll need the full surround system on for movies.

Great sound, easy installation. No more speaker wires. Remote is very small- have to be careful with it. Glad we did it.
