Product packaging severely damaged!

Ship to store did not work for me. As a collector, mint packaging is as important as the toy itself. My toys never leave their boxes and this one was slashed on all sides by a razor blade. One side of the box was completely open from top to bottom and the toy had fallen out of its package at some point.
