Story mode is good. The overall game is fun, but it’s missing Wolverine. How do they leave out the most iconic Marvel character?

I manly stay away from capcom games now a days because they charge so much for such a limited product. I got this on sale which was the only reason I purchased it. This deluxe version is the only version worth purchasing because it does come with 4 extra characters.

This is a solid fighting game. The character combinations make for deep strategy but also a steeper learning curve.

Still a crazy fun game but there are some things they'll definitely need to update to please all the veteran gamers

Don't listen to the negativity. Sure there are no x men characters yet but the gameplay is as deep and satisfying as ever. This is a great entry to the series and while it's lacking in production value, the fighting is fast fantastic.

The storyline is only about 3 hours and while it is great to have Monster Hunter characters and their world involved, and a spotlight on Mega Man X, the game just falls short. The fighting is not bad but until they release some more DLC (such as the Monster Hunter female fighter), the game just is not worth it, at least not at full price.

A great fighting game, I've owned every Marvel VS Capcom game and the only difference here is that this one doesn't have the X Men included due to the problems with Fox and Disney/Marvel so it's a bummer but overall the graphics ar good and the story is not bad.

the gameplay is very fast but easy to pick up! the story is a bit cheesy.

I was a little skeptical before I bought this game due to the roster. A lot of the roster is mainly from Marvel vs. Capcom 3, but the returning characters have gotten improvements. The gameplay is very similar to MvC2 minus the 3v3 fighting. Overall, it is a lot better than I thought and I'm excited to play more.

Marvel Vs Capcom is an amazing game with a really rough exterior. Gameplay is some of the best in the series. The line up is disappointing and the graphics aren't always the best. But it's smooth gameplay and fun really makes up for it.

Must get for fight game fans. Easy to play, hard to master!

The gameplay itself is GOOD, great even. The bad part is that the previous MvC game had more content and a way better art style. If you're into fighters I recommend, but don't expect it to surpass other fighters.

With great gameplay and awesome graphics, a new single player story and the return of great multiplayer this is a great addition to the series.

Good... Feels like the original. New characters and moves. But, if you have 3, you might be good enough to go, although, wait for the price to drop and then it would be better.

This is an awesome game. So many great characters and so fun to get the hang of; played for hours just in the regular combat mode.

I've been a fan of all the Capcom Vs. Games & this is right up there with MvC2... Can't wait to try out the DLC coming out later!

This game is awesome ! Some of the characters are fought to beat but definitely gotta try this game We got the deluxe edition

I was a fan of marvel vs. Calvin back on the 360. The new iteration differs a tad in that you control a team of 2 heroes vs 3, and the pace maybe a tiny bit slower making for something a little less about furious button mashing (despite how explosively fun it was). You also have the infinity stone system in place granting different perks based on your choice their. There's a large roster from both the canyon and marvel side, and while you shouldn't expect much in terms of story, the frantic and furious action are what keep you coming back. Recommend for fighting fans.
