Way Better Then Avengers

I actually got this on sale for $49.99 which was an amazing deal.

An interactive video novel - not much of a game.

The graphics are nice (not astounding) and the gameplay is disappointing at best (controls are bad and combat - what there is of it- is repetitive and bland.). It really amounts to little more than a barely interactive video/graphic novel. Very disappointing.

An Awesome Single-Player Experience

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After Avengers fell flat out of the gate, I think we were all uncertain as to whether Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix could deliver a good superhero game. But Guardians of the Galaxy is a great game that well worth your time. A great story with heart and humor. A great team-based fight system. And a killer soundtrack that includes rock ballads from the fictional band "Star-Lord" as well as actual classics from there likes of Rick Ashley, Motley Crue, a-ha, and Wham!
