We ordered this fridge because while it's 19.7 Cu ft, it holds plenty for the two of us and would likely be great for a family as well. I wanted French doors and the bottom freezer, but everything we looked at was too large for my space or wouldn't even fit in the door to my kitchen. My 100+ year old house was moved to it's current location back in the 40's so nothing is "square", the interior doorways are narrow, from 27 inches wide to 29, so getting anything into the kitchen wasn't going to be easy. This fridge, without the doors and the drawer is only 28 inches deep so it fit right in. The fridge is only 30 inches wide which gives me enough room to open the right door all the way since there is a full wall next to it. it's tall to give you the 19.7 cu ft capacity since it's narrower than most It works extremely well, there is plenty of space in the fridge as well as the freezer, plenty of shelf space on doors and in the body, has room for tall bottles and of course the shelves and bins are all adjustable to suit your needs. It cooled down quickly and keeps food fresh for a long time. I love the convenience of the bottom freezer drawer since I'm getting along in years and it was getting harder to get things out of the bottom shelves of the old fridge. I would highly recommend this to anybody who doesn't have the space for the enormous appliances that seem to be the norm nowadays. Very happy with it in every way, and it looks great too! Just for the record, the Geek Squad personnel who delivered it were exceptionally efficient and great to deal with. I would recommend this fridge to anyone who doesn't have enough space for the monstrous fridges that seem to be the norm nowadays, but wants the awesome look of the French doors.
