I have had Maytag before and they are reliable and work well. This one has the grinder to avoid having to clean the filter it is not necessary. This drys great but you must use the dryer agent. The dishwasher cleans great, pretty quiet as well. I like the buttons on top but not hidden and these are discrete and allow you to see it is on and running. For peace of mind I purchased the extended coverage.

The dishwasher in the new house we purchased recently was quite old and not working properly. We looked on line and saw the Maytag dishwasher at Best Buy. It was the best price and went off the sale price the day before we were going to buy it. Best Buy honored the lower price ($175.00 less). I am very pleased with the dishwasher. I cannot believe how quiet it is and the dishes etc, came out great.

Dishes are clean, and machine is quiet even with food disposer which was a must for us. ! A few small comments: I would like more flexibility in the tine placement (Or mor space between them), so that some larger items could fit on the racks when needed. Sometimes a little water is left on bottoms of glasses/cups in the top rack after drying. Once or twice we have accidentally brushed up on the front of the machine and pressed buttons starting the machine, so it would be nice if they were less sensitive.

I had to replace a GE dishwasher that broke down after 2 years and found this on sale. It’s stainkess steel on the inside which I wanted since it’s cleaner than plastic with no stains. I have an open kitchen and this machine is so quiet that I can run it while watching tv!!

It took some time to select a dishwasher after my dishwasher broke but so far so good wit this one. Only thing that bothers me a little bit is that the spinners for the water seem a little bit flimsy but haven't had any issues yet. Also, this washer really washes dishes! So that is a good feature don't put anything delicate or risky into it because it will be ruined. Check labels for anything you're going to put in here! My only other pet peeve is the lights I just got laser eye surgery a few years ago and they are super bright and hard for me to look to see what setting the dishwasher is on because the labels are below the lights. Also, the other thing that is challenging as often when I shut the door I turn the dishwasher on because my hand hits the panel when I shut the dishwasher door after putting something in.

Good dishwasher very quiet. Lights in front indicating cycle are white led's almost blinding making it hard to see what cycle and other options that were selected. After regular wash and heated dry moisture remained on the interior door. Adding the liquid rinse was a bit confusing as there are two methods that can be used.

I tested the food blaster feature by putting in 2 day old spaghetti plates in it. Came out sparkling clean!!! Only con I see is the touch controls are too sensitive and can can when you lightly brush against them when walking by in the kitchen

Definitely fingerprint free and easy to wipe down. It takes a long time for the cycle to finish...I try to wait until we go to bed to run. Runs pretty quiet though

I always though dishwashers just weren't very good. This one cleans so well and I never have to re-run dishes. So quiet too! The buttons are really hard to read and it's a little confusing with all of the options, but it works great.

Great product at good price. If you want something that is simple to use and at the same time sleek and well priced, this dishwasher will fit your needs. It works well and is pretty quiet. I am very happy with this purchase.

We always buy middle of the road, not the most expensive and not the cheapest. This dishwasher is very quiet. Makes just enough noise to know it's on. Dishes come out clean. We are pleased with our purchase.

First off, this had one of the highest dBs if sound is a concern. However, it’s still a very generally quiet machine. It also has the built in disposal. First weeks use in and very happy. The rack layouts seem to have changed a lot since our last one 6 years ago so it seems like placement is odd, or not holding as much as before. Top rack seems slightly higher so no tall glasses.

This dishwasher is much better than my old one. It cleans great and is roomy. The only complaint I have is that it does not dry the dishes as well as my old one. But I would rather it clean better than dry!

Great dishwasher! I got this dishwasher to replace my parents old one, it’s super quiet, dishes come out clean and now they don’t have to clean the gross filter with this dishwasher. My mom loves it!

Maytag dishwasher is quiet and gets dishes clean, even on the light cycle. the lit buttons tell you what the cycle is on.

Great dishwasher. Stainless steel outside and inside looks great. Very quiet when washing. Was very easy to install and included everything needed to install.
