The refrigerator had all the elements that I needed. Very sleek and modern. The only drawback is the ice maker container is impossible to get out of the holder. To empty. I have to drain it by glass by glass

Wished to upgrade our GE side by side to the Maytag French Door. Look beautiful...BUT noise level was unacceptable when it was running which was very often unfortunately. It went on with no improvement for a week. Called Maytag, was told it is normal. Secondly, I can't tell the temperature from the control panel, but some vegetables in one of the vegetable compartments was frozen possibly due to uneven temperature inside. Have returned and replaced it with a new GE side by side, saved $600 and sanity. New GE noise level is minimal and most of the time is quiet, peace restored.

I read the reviews and compared it with the Samsung similar model. The price difference was amazing. When it was installed I thought I wouldn't be able to fit all my food in it. I adjusted the shelves, not only can I fit everything and then some, but nothing is hidden. The freezer held all my food from the old one, but even held the food from our extra fridge. One of the best buys we"ve made! Nice to see it was made in America

We wanted an affordable stainless steel refrigerator and so far it has worked great and meet our expectations.

Refrigerator keeping compartments at required and set temperatures. Ice maker is working well. Water and Ice in door nice feature. Frig is a little noisy when cooling. Not overly loud but can be heard across the room; a whoosh sound. Geek installation was excellent. So far happy with purchase.

This refrigerator met most of our selection criteria given we desired to match the other kitchen appliance package in out new home. Refrigerator works well and is relatively quiet.

Love the refrigerator, but we don't like that two of the side shelves do not fit in the door! We called, new shelves were sent and they still didn't fit. Maytag will send us in six weeks(!) a new door to accomodate the side shelves. Then we need to call Maytag for a technician to come out to put the new door on! We are really hoping all of this nonsense comes together! Without these issues, I probably would have rated this frig 5 stars .Very upset

Spacious and easy to keep clean. Ice maker keeps getting jammed. Had to stick my hand up into the dispenser to pull the ice down and once I opened up the left side door and all the ice from the machine came falling out .

This is the perfect size fridge and the quality is excellent. At first I didn't know if I would like the freezer on the bottom because I used to have a side by side. Once I got it and loaded it up I could not believe how much better my food is organized in it. I know where everything is and nothing gets lost. I love it!

I’m very happy with my purchase. There is a lot of room and the refrigerator is working beautifully. The installation went quickly and the were very nice and on time. I don’t think there were any promises made that were not met. I’m very happy with my purchase

Compliments our kitchen perfectly. The finish is smudge resistant but dirty little hand leave prints. Interior allows for a lot of different configurations inside which is way different from a side by side. The only negative I have found is the ice maker jams up when filling cups after using the crushed ice setting.

The airflow design of this unit is terrible. If you plan on using your ice maker then expect items in the fridge to freeze on you. We have thrown away well over $100 in food that keeps freezing. We have owned this unit for 10 months now. Service has been out 4 times and the problem still exists. Was told maybe we shouldn't put items on the top shelf...Really???... We asked for a replacement but Maytag customer service, being one of the worse in the industry, said that under no circumstance will they replace the fridge but will keep sending out a tech. My wife and I are very patient and reasonable people. We spent almost $1,800 on a unit that clearly has a defect and we don't see any options available to us to remedy the situation. I almost never leave negative reviews and try to work with the company prior to doing so to give them the opportunity to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and no company is perfect but they need to stand behind their products when there is a defect and Maytag DOES NOT

Great purchase. VERY SPACIOUS. Stainless steel is easy to keep clean .

If the left door is opened with the right door closed, when the left door is closed it causes the right door to pop open slightly and that right door stays open slightly and must be pushed to close. Neither of the two half width humidity controlled storage drawers will open unless both outside doors are opened which is really a poor design. This is my first bottom freezer as I have always used side by sides and I am wondering if I made a mistake in purchasing this model.

Purchased this refrigerator and dishwasher with the fingerprint resistance stainless steel. Refrigerator is working fine and looks good. Only negative thing is it is a little noisy at times. Best Buy had this on sale.

We bought an open-box fridge(floor model) at a discounted price and we are absolutely satisfied with our purchase. Plenty of fridge space for a family of 4, freezer space is also great. Fingerprints barely show, which is a huge plus. Overall, I would purchase a Maytag French Door fridge again!

Reviewing 3 years later. The fridge has held up quite nicely. The meat and cheese drawer lid did get cracked from not being completely shut when closing door, but kids happen and we could purchase the part if needed. I recommend

It was important to my husband that we get a french door fridge. I wanted to make sure that it had a exterior ice & water dispenser. This has both. The installers made sure we understood all the features before they left. I am very pleased with my purchase.
