Awesome refrigerator with many extras and at a good discounted price for purchasing a display model

I wish we had bought this refrigerator years ago, instead of putting up with the one we had. It keeps vegetables fresh for a week or more, no more brown lettuce after a day. I love the different compartments. We put sticks of butter in the small tray in the top and eggs in the little middle tray in the top. The ice maker and water in the door are great, plenty for a family of four. We love everything about this fridge after using it for the better part of a year. If I had to say it had any drawbacks, it would be that the storage spaces in the doors could be configured a little better.

I never if ever give anything 5 stars, because nothing is perfect. So if you are not as picky as me, then consider this 4 a 5. :) Love the layout of the compartments, easy to clean inside, versatility, drawers and shelves feel solid. The lighting throughout is very nice and isn't blocked out. Has a few bells and whistles but not too many to be ridiculous. I use the middle drawer for fruits and vegetables so they are never stacked on top of each other in the small refer bins. Water and ice in the door works very well. Some have complained that the ice dropping wakes them up. Weird. Yes ice dropping is a bit loud every once in a while as it is not dropping all the time and unless you sleep with it by your bed, I don't see how. The pizza door in the freezer is cool, and I do keep a couple of pizza crusts in there, but I also keep a bottle of Limoncello upright along with a couple of pilsner beer glasses frosted and ready go. So it has versatility. We had looked at it seems like hundreds and when I met up with this one, it was love at first sight. We have spent the whole summer with this unit and are very very happy with it. So why not give it a 5? It doesn't have a wine rack or can rack(maybe I can find one somewhere that will fit in behind the very tall space by the ice maker. Also, If you have just a little bit of a plastic sticking out of the drawer in the freezer compartment it will start making frost. (of course any freezer will if not tight, but it is hard to tell if you don't have everything tucked in) And the top of the refer sits about 2 or 3 inches below the top of the doors whereas I like it flush. Like I said, sometimes I am too picky, but otherwise all is good.

I really like the fridge drawer. The freezer has a plastic top drawer that doesn't slide out with the bottom drawer a little frustrating, (drawer within a drawer) so you have to pull out the freezer drawer handle, then reach in and grab the drawer bin and pull that out if you have something in it. Over all really like the fridge. Lots of room on top. The sliding bin in the fridge, those lids are loose, like they just sit on top. Can see those falling out. Hopefully they don't scratch easily. Nice looking. Fridge doesn't stick out like I was worried about, because it's curved.

I was almost certain a few years ago that when I upgraded appliances, I would purchase a Samsung model. However, by the time I was able to convince myself it was time to purchase, I was certain that was NOT the route that i was going considering the reputation and reviews of the products. I decided to go "looking" on one of my off days and was searching for a KitchenAid I had seen online, however this refrigerator was in store as an open box. It is absolutely stunning! It has more than enough capacity with a lot of nooks and crannies. It is definitely a show piece with the led lights and food display. It is the most durable refrigerator I came across, with heavy duty metal and glass shelves. My previous side by side had plastic shelves and one broke as they are much less durable and even moreso over time. I have found myself buying more groceries just to fill it and display it. In doing so i have noticed that my fruits and vegetables stay fresher longer. There's no freezer burn with frozen items as the manual recommends a temperature that keeps the food perfectly chilled and fresh. The led lights are beautiful and illuminate the whole fridge. I am more than happy with my choice and the Maytag quality. I have the whole set minus the dishwasher. In my opinion, this is the best refrigerator and brand on the market. It has impeccable quality and lacks nothing!!!!

I liked the look of the French Door fridge but I would rather have a side by side. Due to the space, this Maytag French door fridge was my only option. Well, I fell in love with it. Plenty of space, compartments, lighting in the fridge and freezer. Works great without problems. I would definitely recommend it.

This is one of the top model fridges available. Good capacity, and one of the quiet one around. Although a bit pricy but it has even a high rating on consumer reports. Mine was a floor model that I end up replacing with a more advanced Samsung that went on sale for thanksgiving.

Had a difficult time getting one delivered due to back order. But once it arrived, Best Buy delivered and set up expertly. Since then, it has worked satisfactorily. Appears to have a lot more room than the side by side it replaced. So far, very satisfied with the purchase.

This refrig is a amazing upgrade to the top and bottom previous one. I love the middle drawer - where we store fruits and vegetables. No need to open the entire frig to get the things we want often. Freezer compartments provide great storage options as well.

Plenty of storage - lighting is more than adequate. I love the separate storage area for vegetables and fruits. Freezer compartment is holds all my frozen foods and easy to find.

This is was sunny spring day when my wife approached me and demand new freezer. Short drive to Best Buy and there was it, “The Masterpiece of Refrigerators”. I had butterflies in my stomach I approach salesperson and demand it to be delivered to my house. After short separation we reunite in my house again. The smoothness of drawers, handles, light, space that it provides are awesome. I asked wife if we can put it in bedroom? Guess what I was sleeping that night on the couch. But in general super nice freezers with top parts!!!

Have owned this refrigerator for a few weeks now. We love it. It is very spacious and has lots of great features. The best buy delivery team was great.

I bought this refrigerator in June 2016 and in September 2017 it had an issue with the damper and this was not covered by warranty (had been over 1 year). I am disappointed with Maytag as I expected a better product.

This is a good fridge, but not quite as much room as our old side by side had. We love the middle drawer for drinks and snacks though, so our daughter doesn't have to open the upper fridge and search around. The doors also don't have a lot of weight to them so they sort of fly open if you let them, but don't shut unless you intentionally close them. We are just getting used to it still I'm sure.

Fridge is very spacious, looks clean. It does make a little more noise than expected and it easily gets fringer prints.

Really spacious, but tall items are limited, even though one shelf retracts back only 2-3 tall items allowed on that shelf. The bottom freezer can't be too heavily loaded the handles weaken. Easy fix for me with allen wrench and not overload. Still like because I can put(veggie or fruit tray etc..) wide things in without moving shelves, it's easy to organize items with all the sections.

I did not have a clear picture of what I wanted other than an ice maker and a lower freezer.This unit has a great design with separations in the freezer so you don't have to dig. It also has a separate drawer that's great for drinks. Well done and made in the USA to boot.

This refrigerator has excellent stores space and the ice maker is great.

Fridge works great. Nice and quiet. It makes ice nice and fast too.
