Overall, this seems to be a good product. It does take longer than our old Whirlpool washer, but it is more efficient and is reasonably quiet. My biggest complaint would be the lack of good documentation to explain the numerous settings that are available on the control panel. The delivery team was great, on time, friendly and quick to complete the install.

Ive only used it twice, a little complicated for basic use but a nice machine. On the normal + auto setting it takes about 50 minutes to do a load. The "Quick wash" seems to function the way an old school washer would, about 28 minutes. I think part of the reason it takes longer is, when filling the tub, the water valve alternates between Hot and Cold to achieve a temperature as opposed to letting a portion of both hot AND cold in at the same time like my old machine. My opinion: these machines are over engineered. It spends WAY too much time thinking about what to do next. I may try just setting it to "medium" next time, rather than “auto” to see if it cuts down on the time the machine spends thinking. Maybe I'll appreciate the other features if I ever need to wash something "heavy duty" but I honestly don't think I'll ever need more than "quick wash".

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother in-law and she absolutely loves it. Works like a dream. Every load of laundry comes out really clean! A+++

Machine is noisy when it runs, can be clearly heard running through all cycles upstairs (machine is downstairs in basement). Seems to be cleaning clothes fine. Fair price.

the washer has many options for wash cycles and does a good job getting the clothes clean. the washer is also very sturdy, the lid is metal not plastic and has a slow close feature so it doesn't slam shut. The only drawback that we have coming from a front loader is that the washer is very deep and my wife is a bit short so reaching the clothes in the bottom of the washer is a bit of a struggle but was cured with the help of a small step stool,

It's loud when filling and the lid is locked so you can't put something in if you forgot it. Other than that, it excellent.

We just had it for over a month and use it only for 3 medium loads every Saturday (our laundry day) for whites, colored and blacks. We were already loving it until it just didn't work last Saturday, we thought the first load was done coz the light says it's done but it has locked us out, couldn't open the lid. Tried to reset by unplugging it for like 10-15 minutes then plugged it back on, It did open but SURPRISE! The clothes were as dry as when we placed them in. Maybe it did reset when we unplugged it so we turned it back on again. This time, the indicator lights just kept flashing but nothings happening and it locked us out again! Not recommending this washer, sorry. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the Best Buy representative I got hold on to was very helpful. Made the process of a return and exchange easy. Still this washer was a hassle. Hope our next one will be great.

This washer is great replaces our 3 year old front loader washer which was terrible. Very, very pleased!

This washer is pretty big and can fit big loads. It also has a lot of different settings which makes it easy to use.

Washes clothes great! Very efficient. I was impressed.
