Our washer broke my father said this was a good deal tried it out works awesome !! Holds big loads and works phenomenal!!!

I had some reservations because it was so different from my old one, but it has been great. It has been easy to use and seems to get things cleaner.

LOVE MAYTAG AND PREFER TOP LOADING TO UPRIGHTS. THIS THING IS HUGE AND DOES A GREAT JOB!

Has the options I need and not multiple’s I will never use. Large tub. Easy to use.

Maytag 4.2 Cu. Ft. HE Top Load Washer does a great job cleaning clothes. The drum is very large to give the clothes room to wash with the agitator. Having dials to select wash preferences is convenient because you can see what you actually select, no digital screen - a very simple operation. The only problem is I need to remember to put the detergent and/or powder in first before starting a load of wash.

my previous machine was a Maytag and lasted me 18 years. That is why I purchased another Maytag. This new one is much easier to use and much more efficient.

Much larger capacity then I expected. I wanted to be sure to have a large enough washer to for my comforter in. Queen size comforter fits with room left over. Quiet operation, sets the water level on is own, and not once has it been out of balance during the spin cycle.

This unit is great if you tend to procrastinate on doing laundry but even you do normal size loads it is easy to use and very efficient.

Excellent machine with a very large capacity. Large loads, comforters, etc...no problem! Very easy to use.

Do NOT buy this washing machine! It has brought me nothing but so much anguish as every time I wash a load, the clothes still have food stains or other stains on the clothes that I have to hand wash them and wash them again in the washing machine. The clothes started smelling funny after multiple washes so I’ve had to buy baking soda and vinegar and it helps some and have to use baking soda and vinegar in every wash from now on. Sometimes I see baking soda still on the clothes after a wash. The water does not fill up well. I have to get a pitcher and add more water to it. The machine does NOT churn well which explains why the clothes never come out clean. I’ve talked with the manager at Best Buy about the possibility of replacing it but she said I can’t as I only had 15 days to return it. If I could, I’d haul the washing machine to a landfill right now, that’s how much I hate it. It’s less than 9 months old and I’ll have to buy another washing machine when I can. You’ll thank me for not buying this washing machine or any Maytag appliances.

Our Kenmore 600 Series washing machine started behaving erratically after only 3 years, and a savvy repair person advised us against getting a washer with so many bells and whistles. So we went with this solid Maytag with a center agitator and simpler dial controls. We love it! It feels like it gets the clothes cleaner, and the low energy consumption is a plus. I’d like to write another review of this machine after three years - or ten. Recommended.

This is my first HE Washing Machine. It took some getting used to, but now I really like how it works. Uses less water and really seems to get my clothes clean using laundry pods. I picked this washer because of the agitator. I think that cleans clothes better. Happy with the washer so far.

This is a bare bones washer so I expect it to last longer than most. I like the automatic water level sensor so you never have to decide the size of the load. It does make a lot of strange sounds, which the paperwork notes, but it’s fine since it’s in a basement.

I love this washer, you can actually fill the washer to the top with water when you want. My old Maytag didn't have this feature so it was always washing with minimal amounts of water which I hated. Glad to see the old washer gone. I would definitely recommend this washer to others that have the same issue. I've seen some people say that this washer is noisy, I don't think it makes any more noise than my old washer. Anyway, again I love it.

The machine washes great and there are a lot of options for what you are washing. I think I have used all of the settings already! We have only had it a week but I have had to catch-up on laundry. It was easy to set-up ourselves (set-up wasn’t available thru Best Buy due to covid-19 lock down). They delivered it to the garage and we followed the instructions from there. It is bigger than my last washer. My mom had a Maytag before and it lasted many years. I think this one will, too!

A bit noisy but does a great job of cleaning clothes. It is heavy and stays put without jumping around
