We read a thousand reviews of washers before purchasing a new one. This was completely perplexing because every one we looked at had lots of negative reviews. This is our first HE washer and we've been using it for five months now. It's been great! We have had no mechanical problems at all. Clothes come out clean with no white spots. They all feel like they've had plenty of water to get them clean. We read the instructions it came with and follow them - we've had zero problems. It might be a little noisy, but not over the top and it has not been bothersome. We're very happy with this washer.

First time getting a washer with no agitator. Love it as it automatically balances itself. No more loud noises banging around when things are if set in the machine. Love it

Had a Samsung that was junk and always broke down. Replaced with Maytag unit that's easy to work and does a great job.

I paid a LOT of money for my last machine (different brand), and it didn't last very long. I did not want a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles that would break before they should. This machine has minimal frills, but everything that it needs (although I do miss the buzzer that indicated the load was finished). It took a bit of time to get used to the different wash cycles, but my clothes are cleaner than they were with my previous washer. I also notice a water hammer (banging noise when the water stops and starts) that wasn't present with my previous machine, but I don't know if that is an installation issue, or a machine issue. Overall, I am VERY happy with my purchase (and the delivery process, too).

It gets the job done, but instead of the old fashioned agitator noises, this one emits a rhythmic rumbling noise that is very loud and impossible to tune out. Friends with similar washers tell me that is just how they sound, but if I had known I might have looked around for an older refurbished agitator system like my recently broken machine .

High capacity and easy to use. In short, its been a workhorse for my family.

This washer was priced right. It was delivered and installed in in a timely matter. It is a little noisier than our old one but overall very happy with this purchase.

I love my new washer and dryer. I put the washer on bulk and it fills up like the older washer. The washer does a great job of washing the clothes. The spin cycle is great. The dryer is excellent.

This is such an upgrade from my previous washer. I love the transparent top and how much space it has. Cleans my clothes great. No complaints here!

New to me....large tub without center post. Seems to do well, especially with large loads.

The washer has a lot of settings and some a bit different then the settings you may be use to but they are more intuitive and the wash you get is very good. The large capacity is also a plus. the only drawback are that the plastic internal pieces have melted twice on me requiring Best Buy to have to replace my unit.

Love that the washer has no agitater that will catch my clothes up and rip them. Love the water feature sensor (less water needed). Large capacity to wash large loads.

We bought this for our vacation condo. Easy to use and efficient.

Our old washer always caught clothes on the agitator, and since this one doesn't have one, it can both hold more and not ruin clothes all when getting them equally (or maybe even better) clean.

I love this washer, it’s easy to use and gets clothes clean the first time. The spin cycle is faster than anything I’ve seen. Great product!

Great washer and very happy with install team. Large capacity and nice job cleaning.

A lot of bells and whistles but doesn’t spin dry enough for me. Clothes still need additional spin and drain cycle. Can accommodate large loads and doesn’t waste water. Wish there was a short/quick wash cycle to choose. No time display to let you know how much time left to end of wash. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.

Just what we needed. Cleans well. Seems quiet. Will do big and bulky loads too.
