New washer is all I had hoped for. My clothes are cleaner than they have been for a long time. Stain removal superior to old Maytag washer, quiet operation, huge capacity

This is my first low water type washer. Did a lot of research and was worried about having such a small amount of water and getting clothes clean. Well, pleasantly surprised to say I am mostly happy with the results. When working properly, it does seem to get clothes cleaner than my old washer. However, there are time that some dirt/food/other stains remain after washing. Usually, they will wipe off with a wet cloth and a small amount of rubbing, so it is not like the machine could not have gotten the stain out. I do contribute it to the low water level. It is like the water did not get to the spot, due to insufficient water level. But, funnily, it does a really good job on cleaning the rest of the material. I am glad I went with a Front loader over a top loader, as working with low water levels the items are more likely to get enough water worked through the material with the falling action compared to the new top loaders without an agitator - check out some of the You-Tube videos, to compare the difference.

We use our washer every day and haven't had any issues with cleaning. Multiple cycles and options for just about every situation. Some minor things that would be nice but didn't change our rating: alert tone when washer is done- it has tone feature, but it's on for everything and we would like it just for end of cycle, this unit is louder than the old Kenmore it replaced on spin cycle, and small socks can fall into the front fold of the door seal once in a while. Still extremely happy with the washer!

This Maytag washer was purchased to replace a 10 year old Bosch washer. I always thought the Bosch washed very well until we got this Maytag. WOW! It does a great job and gets our clothes cleaner then the Bosch did. My boys play travel baseball and we are cleaning a lot of dirt out of white baseball pants. This Maytag washer got out stains that have been there for over a year.

This Maytag is easy to use and does a great job with laundry. There are a variety of settings to cover all types situations, and unlike other front load machines purchased in the past, it’s not prone to odor problems.

This washing machine is definitely the best I've ever had. The steam option got out stains that I'd previously been unable to remove. It is quiet, uses less water and has user friendly controls. I am so pleased with the advice I received from my sales consultant. This washer deserves all the accolades!

Replaced a Maytag top load with this Maytag front loader. Very satisfied with Geek Squad installation -- smooth and efficient. Washer gives a variety of washing options for most any type of load. Very satisfied with cleaning performance -- need more time to evaluate a bunch of different loads vs our previous top loader (which was not that good). Like feature to add a garment during cycle -- seems like there is always something that doesn't make it into the pile to be washed. Bought the pedestal to eliminate bending to load/unload washer. Make sure you have at least 55 inches of space from floor to base of cabinets (or whatever is above washer). Washer plus pedestal are 54 inches. Need an extra inch for installation. Bottom Line -- would buy again.

I bought this for my mother. We found it very easy to use, cleans well with very little water, and was reasonably quiet.

We've only had the washer a short time. But so far we're impressed with the way it cleans, and it's quieter than our last couple of washers. It also takes pretty large & heavy loads, no problem.

Love this washing machine. Old LG front load was having way to many problems and I decided to get a new one instead of paying $200+ to fix it all the time. I originally bought two different too loads from the Kenmore brand and they were the WORST machine ever. My clothes were coming out dirty and I could wash them better with my hands than those machines. Saw the reviews for this machine and I gave it a try. Absolutely love this washing machine, my clothes are coming out cleaner than before, there isn’t any mold forming around the rubber sealing in the tub and after 4 months of owning it, it still works perfectly fine. It’s even using less water than my other washing machines and I haven’t run out of hot water even if I do 7 loads a day!

I've had Maytag washers for many years. I reviewed a lot of new washing machines and brands, but found that the one I purchased the "best bang for the buck". I wanted an He washer and looked into the new top loading ones, but wasn't convinced they would work the way I expected. I'm also short (5 feet) and the top loaders were too deep for me to comfortably reach all the way to the bottom. The only thing I don't like about the new Maytag is that it has a light inside so when you open the door the light comes on. When I'm gone for an extended time I like to keep the door open so the inside of the washer doesn't get stale smelling, so will have to unplug the washer so that I can keep the door open. That is the only draw back I've seen at this time after using the machine for a month.

Washer is really good. A lot of options to choose from . HAs steam which has taken out a lot of stains from my kids clothes. Spins clothes to almost dry. Very happy with it.

It’s been a couple weeks and I love this machine so far. I love the size of the drum. There is a light inside the machine when you open the door, which is great, so you can really see inside when taking out clothing. I love the steam option for tough stains. The washer cleans clothes very well and spins them almost dry.

I’ve been very pleased with the cleaning capabilities. The spin estract cycle is very fast and does and excellent job of drying. Sometimes I don’t even need to use the dryer afterwards. Using HE pods has become a problem. I get soap buildup and gunk stuck in the bottom rubber gasket. It doesn’t matter if I use cold or hot water. I still get buildups even after cleaning the washer using Affresh cleaning solution. I’ve owned the washer for 4 months.

This washer is everything I could want! Extremely efficient, simple to operate and for the first time ever, I actually use all the variable settings. My clothes come out better, cleaner and exactly the way I want them too. I cannot believe that I'm so HAPPY with a washing machine! I have to say it's the best purchase I've made in a long time. You won't regret purchasing this one. I didn't and I'm hard to please.

Maytag washer is rated best by consumer magazine and it is one of the factors I chose this washer. It works well for me and I am happy I chose this machine.

I'm extremely happy with this washer. I upgraded from a top load and this is so much quieter, uses less water, and cleans faster. I also like that I can add items in early in the cycle. You don't need a special "add an item door" just to add something. You just press the pause button and add it! Super easy to use.

I went from top load agitator to front load. The difference in how the clothes come clean is night and day. I wish I had bought a front load years ago!

works like a charm. this was one of the highly rated models by CR and BestBuy had it for a good price. haven't used all the cycles as yet, but so far, it's been great. like most front loaders, it captures a sock or other small item in the front gasket now and then (1 in 10 loads in my experience), but they are very easily retrieved. I will definitely be adding a pedestal as the height of the controls is right where I bump them inadvertently and turn the power on unintentionally (the start/pause requires you to touch for a second or two, which is good!).

I was not looking for a front loader after numerous issues with my Samsung. This washer had good reviews and pricing was good as well. It is fantastic ! I'm cleans well and spins so Dry that clothes dry much more quickly in the dryer. Other than being a little noisy this washer is highly recommended.
