Good value. Basic washer that does the job. A little loud though.

I have purchased many Maytag products previously but this will be the last one! I am wondering where the quality went. This is the worst washing machine we have owned in 50 years. After using for 2 months the start button that did not work to begin with is already worn through the control panel. The machine is very noisy, Water leaks to the floor when trying to use bleach holder. It is suppose to save water but totally empties if you need to stop and restart to add anything or try to presoak, also does not fill with enough water to cover clothes so half the load does not even get wet. I am so frustrated with this washing machine I would take it to the Dump and purchase a different brand if we had not just purchased 2 months ago.

I’ve always had a Maytag washer. This was the closest I could find to having the old time knobs and agitator. It’s good but they don’t make them like they use to

This machine is not even two years old and has been down four times since it was delivered brand new, the first time less than two months after I purchased it. I bought it because I thought Maytag was a reliable, dependable name, but I now regret my decision. Every time it goes down, I have to have at least two appointments for repair, often times about 1-2 weeks apart. One for them to diagnose, second for them to bring the parts back or have them shipped to you. This most recent repair looks like I will be without a washer for about a month. Check the reviews on this machine if you are considering it!

Washer with agitator is the best bet. Deep fill , 4.5 cu ft. The softer must be diluted with water and that’s Inconvenient. The detergent must be added at the bottom before any Laundry is loaded.

Maytag works great good capacity washes clothes well.

Great washer! Very large and multiple wash settings. Would bug again, a little loud but that’s ok!

First one didn't work, clothes were very wet, has to return it next day. Thanks to best buy got a replacement in 3 days. So far so good. Clothes r clean & dry. Washer is loud.

It's a good washer but it's loud. Also it don't give me time for the water to come out while the door is open like My other washer. This one is to updated and it's okay, I gotta pull up with it.the old is better then New.

A little loud and controls are not intuitive. Cleans decently but will not spin if large item is inside. Gets off-balance an no amount of reshuffling item helps.

Perfect ! Gets our clothes nice and clean and even our big comforters

Bought this basic, easy to use, efficient and reliable washer for a rental house. Tennants are very pleased with the quality of the machine.

We gave you 5 stars due to your quick response to my first washer we received that worked one wash load and froze. 2 days later you offered to come and try to fix it, however, we opted to get a new washer. We are very glad you reacted as quickly as you did. Thanks for your prompt service. We are very pleased with our Maytag washer 4.5 cu. ft.

Love the large tub and stainless interior. It is a bit noisy and vibrates. Overall very happy!!!

It works well but, sometimes it just doesn’t start. If you put it on auto for the size of the load, it will flash like it’s detecting the load but, it just doesn’t start. It’s pretty annoying because it feels random.

Very happy with the price, but the High Efficiency is great for energy but all of the High Efficiency washers just take longer to wash. Maybe it saves water, but how much more electricity is being used.
