After researching washers for several weeks, I decided to buy this washer because it offered all the cycles and features anyone could want in a wash machine. I researched the Maytag name and am comfortable with the potential reliability of the washer, along with the long term warranty. I could not imagine needing “smart” features and stayed away from digital screens, logic being that these are just things that could need future repair. I was also wondering if I would miss having a detergent dispenser, but after a few uses I realize that it’s much easier to pour detergent into the bottom of the washer than to maintain a dispenser, as they become messy over time. It’s also one less thing that can break. I was concerned about the water saving feature of the HE washers but have been pleasantly surprised that my clothes actually come out cleaner than they were with my former Kenmore washer. I leave the water setting on Deep Fill and Two Rinses. All in all, this Maytag has far exceeded my expectations and I can’t think of anything but positive comments to share. It’s feels sturdy and well made and I expect it to last for many years.

This is a GREAT washing machine. I have experienced fantastic results since the purchase. It took us sometime to finally find one for purchase, as everywhere we searched had them listed in their inventory, but was out of stock. And we searched for months, before we found this one. I had purchased a Maytag washer/dryer combination over three decades ago, and that combo served me extremely well. So, now with the kids long gone I can afford another GREAT Maytag product.

I do not like the feature that locks the lid and it noisy.

I love this washer. Perfect settings. Wuiet. Does a great job. Still has agitator, which I love.

Works fine with big loads of laundry and haven’t had any trouble with it since i purchased it!

I am not happy with this purchase. It is very loud and hammers the pipes. I have never had this problem with any previous washing machines. Takes way too long to wash clothes and the clothes dont smell as nice and fresh as I am used to. The guide says if you run the cycle on anything other than 'auto', it will take a long time. However, 'auto' also takes an extremely long time. Very disappointed with this machine.

I love our new Maytag washer. It is deeper than expected & so easy to operate. I bought site unseen because of health issues My daughter loved mine, so I bought her one as well!! She loves hers also!!!!

Super easy to use large capacity fast wash And 10 year warranty

So far so good 1 month in. My Whirlpool stopped functioning after 5 years so I had to make a purchase. My dryer is Maytag and has been a champ and so has my LG dishwasher so I had it boiled down to Maytag or LG. Price swayed me toward Maytag and the simplicity of the controls. Idk laundry so an easy on/off is perfect. Just wish it had one feature hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I maybe being picky, but it would have been nice to have a delayed start based on my schedule there are many times where I fill the washer and can’t start it because the fam is in the shower. First world problems though; I’d recommend it at this 1 month in point.

Washes clothes thoroughly. Easy to use. Multiple settings for your washing needs. Downside, drain hose is only three feet long. Had to buy extension hose because store didn't offer any other options. If you buy this product, measure the distance from where your machine will sit to the drain. If it is longer than two feet go to Home Depot or their website and buy the extension the same day. I'm not going to tell you not buy this appliance when it works so well. Just be prepared when it arrives.

Good old fashioned machine! Has an agitator and gets clothes clean. None of that electronic panel crap like an LG that goes into fits after a few years.

I love this washing machine , I can fit at least a load and a half. It’s easy to manage and I don’t regret buying it ..
