Loving the washer, way bigger than our previous one and does an amazing job, only thing is it takes about an hour per wash, not a big deal but its a time crunch at times

This is not a product review but a Best Buy Customer Service Review. I feel it is very relevant to post it because my experience reinforces my loyalty as a customer with Best Buy and to let others know about it. I bought a washing machine from Best Buy and a few months after needed warranty related service. Setting up an appointment with Maytag's repair service was enormously difficult because of its poor automated system. On July 16, 2024 and feeling very frustrated, I contacted Best Buy and spoke to team member Melanie. She was very kind, professional and went out of her way to help me set up the appointment. Maytag gets 0 Star, while Best Buy gets 5 Stars in my opinion. Melanie's outstanding customer service enhances Best Buy's reputation and promotes loyalty with customers like me. Thank you Melanie. You made a very frustrating day a better day because of your commitment to what you do.

Perfect for a busy family, easy to use. 10/10. Big capacity for clothes

It holds a lot, which is good. I do not like the fact that the lid locks so you cannot open it once the cycle has started.

Love the washer just disappointed with my store had 20% coupon and was told I couldn’t use it!! Didn’t try to compromise could have been nicer had just bought dryer came back bought washer, I know if I’d been a pain in the ___ probably would have gotten some compensation but I’m not like that !! Felt taken and disappointed!

I like the choices for different type of loads. The fabric softner tray is a good old thing to have as my last didnt have one and if didn't want to add in wash prior to rinse cycle you couldn't! Im a packer and spin went cock-eyed. My fault but tried to balance 3 times. I am warned. I need to stop with heavy and light mixed loads.

Works great. A lot better than the last Maytag. Had totaltech and they installed it no charge!

Short wash is best due to the long time it takes for regular washes. It does make strange loud noises.

I love this machine. It’s quiet which I wanted. The tub is very large. I never fill it all the way. The size is perfect. I recommend this machine.

I love this classic old style washer with middle agitator. It is simple and easy to use and does a good job.

27 days, so far great. A bit noisy but thats okay gets the clothes clean. Easy to use.

This washer is exactly what I wanted. It has a large capacity and top load door. I don't need all the bells and whistles but this has want I use when I wash clothes, linen, and other large items.

Works well On all Cycles, easy to install and level, good so far, 4 months.

I’m happy with the selections and how well it washes. It is a little noisy. The lid is a little flimsy. But all and all I am happy with this washer.
