    Controls are hard to figure out. Cycle is VERY long, don’t think energy efficient. Not clear where to put detergent.

    I usually research before buying anything but needed to replace my dead washing machine. Planning to move so don’t need the best. I grew up on Maytag ads and grabbed one on sale without researching. Exceptionally NOISY and shakes even though clothes are carefully loaded. Checked YouTube. No good reviews. Best Buy is accepting return and is delivering a new machine of my choice. Best Buy is great about standing behind their sales.
