Each time I started a cycle it would spin/shake before water ever entered the machine. Once the cycle completly began, it was very loud and a burning smell would emit. The basic cycle lasted 45 minutes and the machine would shake during washing/spinning. Best Buy was great about the return and I am now looking for another washer.

Every aspect of its performance is extremely loud. I have never known a washing machine to be this noisey. It sounds likea gigantic tin can when its running even though it was supposedly balanced by the installer. I thought about returning it but did not.
