Service from the Best Buy associates was excellent. Very informative, quick, and very nice. The asdociates who delivered our washer were great as well. I highly recommend Best Buy for all appliance purchases. 100% better than dealing with Lowe's!!!

Good and personal experience perfectly for families and friends

I just love my washing machine couldn't have made a better choice got tired of going to the laundromat so I stopped to Best Buy and started strolling then I found a perfect washing machine and I had it delivered to my house on the highway and I'm enjoying myself

The customer service the delivery men showed professionalism. They were on time, new exactly what to do. Answered questions unrelated to my delivery put regarding appliances. Very knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

This Maytag washing machine is great if you don’t want or need all the bells and whistles.

I didn't want a machine with bells & whistles, so thought this would be a good choice. But even following step-by-step instructions, I haven't been able to start the washer without multiple frustrating failures before it will engage and start. I do like the stainless steal drum though

We got this at the outlet store as a scratch and dent - just a scratch on the back so it looks awesome. Works very well and we are very happy with our purchase. Also, the final spin is great - clothes take less time to dry.

Love this machine. Large basket can get nice suze load in. Also love that it has a fabric softener dispenser. So easy to use!!!

Great machine I’ll be using this for as long as it runs

This is a very good washer and an upgrade in size from my previous 13-year old Kenmore washer. It is an HE washer so I had to adjust the amount of liquid detergent used from my previous non-HE washer. Plus it has a Maytag 10-year warranty on the motor and tub.

Nice washer. Big wash bin, nice spin action. Wash time seems a bit long.

Overall good value for the money can’t fit that much clothes into it but you get what you pay for

Where do I begin? Please note, we got our washer new out of a box and when we went to connect it, water was dripping out the back, we wondered if we got a used machine, but we found out that Maytag tests their washers before they package them so they’re not used. They should have a disclaimer about that. Great looking washer for the price looks like a quality machine. The washer takes a remarkably long time to even start the cycle. It seems like it goes through at least three or four minutes checks and balances within the machine. When it actually starts the cycle, the cycle takes over an hour long. There is a quick wash setting that takes over 30 minutes. Also, when washing black clothes, I am finding that it leaves lots of white powder residue on the clothes, and that is with using the recommended amount of soap and the type of soap the washer needs and washing on the highest water level. Overall, I’m not happy with my purchase, but we need to wash clothes on a weekly basis so I’m stuck.

Order was easy to put in… delivery time was on point… workers installed quick

The washer is so noisy we can’t hear the tv in the next room. The noise from the water flow itself is what makes the noise outrageous. Wish I would have known this I would have chosen another brand.
