Maytag service is very slow if you do not live in a major metropolitan area, If it is still under warranty, you can only get service from an authorized Maytag serviceman. This is also the loudest machine ever, clanking and making other terrible sounds. Do not buy this machine!!!

This Maytag is NOT like the Maytags of the past. Not only did I return this machine, 15 other buyers did just in the past week, according to the individual that picked up this washer.
