Best Buy was Great, Maytag was not.

We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products. We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations.

No hoses when delivered. Emailed bit of course had no respinse.

10 days in already issues

It seemed to be working fine. I have barley used it, when i did it seemed great. Now today on its 10th day with one t-shirt in there the door wont unlock. Door lock light stays lit up. I have unplugged it many times and know changes. Im so upset.

This machine is a nightmare takes hours to start and let’s talk about the hours to wash. Save yourself a headache do not order. My machine is going back I hate this machine.

Good Basic Washer

Not happy. Beware! Do not buy this machine!

YOU can not add additional water . Consequently if your clothes are not clean you must use twice as much water and electricity to wash the dirty clothes a second time. Very bad.

It’s not designed to clean oily clothes. My son work on Vehicles and his clothes can get very stain with motor oil. I have been very very disappointed since I had this machine.
