Stop working after only 2 weeks

I only had this washer for 2 weeks and used it twice and now its not working. The lights are on but when I press to start it just clicks a few times and nothing. I replaced a working washer that I had for 15 yrs for this.

I have tge 5 year warranty, but cant seem to get through to anyone. When I do, Im told to call a different number. Why am I being paid to be be outsourced while waiting weeks for service.

Great Maytag products

Lovvvve my new dryer; dries my clothes much quicker than my old unit, which was worn out. I cannot wait to get the washer and I know it will be as GREAT as my new dryer!!! Thank you Best Buy for a wonderful product!

Great Maytag set thus far!

Washer washes well with different cycles for your needs. The dryer dries very quickly. I live in an apartment and it is perfect. Minimal noise -have had no complaints. Best Buy technicians did a wonderful job standing by delivery and set up!

I’m a total tech member and wanted to exchange it for a bigger model. I wouldn’t waste your time because the call center workers are not helpful at all.

Really bad machine

It’s September and the controls don’t work. It doesn’t just start. You have to turn it completely off, twirl the big dial several times to reset it and try again. I totally miss my old machine. Why can’t they make a machine that turns on?
