The overall experience was good. The machine is as advertised getting the clothes clean. The machine is quiet even in spin cycle.

This Maytag washing machine started making horribly loud noises within 2 weeks of purchase and the person they sent to fix it didn't fix anything. I gave up. Now less than 5 years after purchase it inexplicably decided not to turn on. I'm never buying Maytag products again. They offer warranties but don't even have personnel to send out to fix broken machines that are still under warranty and their outsourced repair company charges $145 JUST TO LOOK, but not repair anything. Avoid Maytag.

Wonderful capacity and easy to use with many choice selections

Really appreciate the larger capacity and the ease of use.

The settings and start have to be selected several times before the washer will start. Very touchy start button. Steps when setting must be done in a specific order. No directions or manual received when delivered.

Not fan of how noisy it is. I hate that I cannot just spin out (excess water) a load; it will just keep filling, spinning and draining. Hate (HATE) that it has a lock option, as do so many others. It’s a PITA to try and add anything once it starts…basically have to completely shutdown and restart. Did I mention the NOISE?!

Quietly fills and washes so much better than our old front loader! Noticeably cleaner clothes with water spun out so much better! Wish we had bought this years ago! Highly recommend

Holds a lot of clothes. Great for a top loader. We have children so a lot of washing.

Washer is fantastic. It is a improvement on the washer it replaced. Gives me many options and excellent performance.

This washer works fine. I have had no issues with it. It is large and washes the clothes very well. I am satisfied with this purchase

The tub is deep & the water fill on normal barely covers the clothes so i will probably have to use the"extra water"button. Directions are spotty on how to start & also interupt & restart a cycle. Instructions refer to buttons i dont have.

Very loud. Had 1 week and had to go to UTube to learn how to reset washer. It would not start. Instruction book had no info. Have not had problem again.

On top of the loudness, shakiness, and small load sizes, this washer stopped working after a year and 5 months. We did not purchase a warranty or extended warranty, so Best Buy basically told us “good luck” and Maytag offered to purchase an extended warranty, but then played pass the phone call for 2 hours when trying to purchase. Both Best Buy and the Manufacturer have such poor customer service.

I am happy with this machine. Large enough so my loads are cut in half as opposed to my last one. Two things it had. A buzzer to let me know it's done & that I could unlock it once lids is closed.

This is a nice looking machine that seems to do a decent job. However, it is ABSOLUTELY the loudest, noisiest washing machine that I have ever been around. In today's high tech world - things should run quieter not noisier.

The washer has lots of options for water temp (cold, cool, warm up to hot). It also has different water levels, as well as a level that is determined based on how full the washer is.

The washer works great.Instructions make using the washer a breeze.It has so many settings that i fell that now i am doing my laundry the correct and proper way.
