Had this piece of crap for about a month and a half. The agitator completely BROKE off during a load of t-shirts. DO NOT PURCHASE. Called Maytag warranty to come out and fix and have to wait 2 weeks for the service appointment. I guess I’ll be wearing dirty clothes for the next 2 weeks. What an inconvenience and piece of garbage machine.

A little loud on heavy duty cycle but glad to have agitator back actually cleans clothes

I wanted this washer because it is a top loader with an agitator. It takes longer for it to run compared to my old Whirlpool but three is a quick cycle that is comparable. It has a huge capacity and lots of options, like you can add more water when you want it and an extra power button when something is really dirty. I've only had it about a month but so far no issues.

I love the washer and it’s features, however there is little information on it, as it only comes with a quick reference and set up guide. There is no full on manual. Magtag support isn’t that helpful either. Every question I had, they responded with, “I’m not sure, we don’t have information on it”. They couldn’t even tell me where in the US the machines are built! Other than that, it’s trial and error while learning the machine. Such as the “Extra power button”. Basically this means about a cup full of water and it swishes everything around for about 5 minutes before it fills up and proceeds with cleaning everything. So I don’t use it. I’m not sure it’s beneficial. But all in all, I am pleased. Oh the last thing I am disappointed in is, you only get the app for 6 months for free. After that you have to pay .99 per machine you setup to the app. None of my other appliances make you pay to use a feature of the product that you bought.

This washer is fast and easy to use. I miss having a light inside the washer. The faucet is great to have. The size is perfect. My husband and myself set the washer up and even used the water connection hose from the broken washer worked perfect save us some money.

The washer works really well and looks great. It is very deep so if you are short like me you might want to keep a step stool handy! It uses very little water so you know you are not being wasteful when you wash your clothing. It also handles my quilts and large towels well. I would never had been 'looking' for a smart washer but as this one is, it is quite nice to get a text when the wash is complete instead of worrying about listening for the audio ding I was used to on my older washer.

Have always had Whirlpool products. This washes better than Cabrio, However it is noisy compared to Whirlpool

I opted to get the agitator as we were replacing a old Maytag with an impeller. The first load I felt like our clothes weren't stale any more! It hold a lot almost 8 towels so we'll see how it handles king sized bedding. So far we love it. The only think I am skeptical about is the touchpad seems to be sensored which I am not use to and have a hard time turning it on but I would be interest to see how long the sensor touch pas lasts.

I purchased the washing machine and on the first day it broke so they delivered another one and it makes a lot of noise. I would think for this price it would be quiet and not make a lot of noise when agitating and spinning. Seems to clean well.

I like the capacity of this washer. However, some of the reviews stated it was almost impossible to hear. That is not my experience.

This washer has a huge capacity! I wish I had more control of the water levels. I do like it and would recommend it! The clothes come out clean and quite dry! Yeah! I read many reviews of other washing machines and this one does not have the problems the others have! Yeah, again!!!

It cleans good, but is not very quiet. It is much louder than my last washer that was 7 years old. It also gives the unbalanced load error frequently for me when I'm washing my dog beds and blankets which i do frequently. This is very frustrating. Again never had this issue except for one time washing a very large comforter in my last washer. Pretty disappointed in this machine.

We didnt read the reviews before purchasing this washer, and I wish we had. They all pointed out every annoying thing about this washer!! It doesnt fill high enough with water, it bangs around like its possessed if the load is unbalanced in the slightest!! Its doesn't let you fill water while adding clothes, and it takes forever for a load to wash...much longer then our old washer. The only thing about it that I like is that it looks pretty and thats it. Oh and it took 4 months to arrive!! We ordered it in December and it finally got delivered in April. Stuck with this purchase, but from now on I will read reviews before buying any major appliances again because stuff just isnt made the same anymore.

Love how big it is washes my clothes really well. Plus I could adjust water level.

I love how big this washer is. It's user friendly. And the agitator gets our clothes super clean! The only down side is, I'm a pretty short person, so I have trouble getting the lone socks after we wash. I usually need a small step stool to get them, but its well worth it!

every single negative review is true. I’ve been using it for less than 2 years. Washer is broken. The middle part broke while washing my sweater. Ruines my clothes all the time. It gets stuck around it. Makes Loud noises. You simply can’t even wash a regular adidas men’s sweater without it coming out looking like it’s the oldest and most worn item you own. I’m so sad, I wish I could return this and exchange it with something else. How I have to wait and see if it can be fixed by geek squad.

Quit, cleans well, and capable of doing bigger loads.

I've only done a few loads of laundry but everything is coming out clean. I haven't used all the features so I can't comment on everything. My only concern at this time, is lack of water used. I am used to the old machines that covered the clothes completely in water, this machine is a high efficiency machine that helps save water. Tip: If you used pods, you need to add them to the washer first before adding clothes. With my old washer you didn't have to since it used lots of water.

This was machine has a very large capacity and definable gets our clothes cleaner than any previous washer we have owned. Lots of options pending amount of clothes being washed and type of materials. Awesome wash machine!
