Trying to contact Maytag and Best Buy to see if we have a defective unit but because it’s been over a year no one seems to want to help. Not recommended.

Dealing with Maytag customer service is a nightmare. I will never buy or recommend a Maytag product. We have had to wait for service for more days than we have actually used our dryer....
