While there are pros and cons about having an agitator or not, this is the only drawback I find on this washer. The washer looks and operates well and clothes are washed thoroughly.

Did notice some issues with the Start/pause button being tempermental. Takes playing with and getting used to. Also door seems flimsy.

At least 75% of loads have to be turned on three times. The sensor drying is hardly dependable and many times I have to rewash loads because they sat in the dryer damp without my knowledge that they did not in fact dry thoroughly. Maytag is an all around disappointment. I wish I could drag this washer and dryer pair outside and light them on fire (which obviously I'd never actually do). That's how awful they are. They make me dread doing laundry more than I already do. At least my Samsung set made me happy to do laundry because it performed so well. Do yourself a favor and don't buy Maytag. I invested $2,000 and got garbage.
