The woman who purchased simply didn't realize she needed electric, not gas. Well one of the feet is missing making it impossible to balance. I called to ask to get one and was basically told it wasn't their problem. Not happy after spending a few 100 dollars. The product does work well but the service was not good.

Awesome Dryer

They've improved the look and the electronics of the dryer. Works great and very quiet!

Nothing ever fully dries on any of the automatic cycles, and everything is wrinkled. After drying on automatic, we always have to run a 2nd manual timed cycle for anywhere between 15-30 minutes. Heavy loads like jeans and hoodies can take up to 45 more minutes. It has also been replaced once already, it quit working altogether shortly after being delivered.
