    Sometimes choppy,freezing or lagging and sometimes running good don’t know maybe connection or my computer but when 4K works it works

    I'm surprised by the 5 star reviews. The camera doesn't adjust to the lighting in the room, so you have to flood the room with light to be seen. The zoom is manual and resets if anything changes in the communication software (I.e. answer a video call). The microphone isn't worth using at all. Sounds worse than most built in microphones on laptops. For the price, you are paying for a $29 webcam with 4k. Stick with Logitech or other mainstream brands.

    The camera is fine, it looks very clear. But the microphone is terrible, really really bad. The default microphone on my old laptop sounds better.

    Bought this on a recommendation and holy cow, it's way better than I expected. I guess I just didn't realize much a difference the specs make. The picture quality is outstanding and the sound is too. The dual microphones and noise cancellation go a long way; it lets Zoom calls just work as they're supposed to. Everything is smooth and seamless as it's supposed to be, and now I can do my job like I'm supposed to. 10/10

    Can't tell you anything other than it is not compatible with Samsung TV's. Would be nice if they told you that somewhere before purchasing. The packaging is nice.
