does not sit comfortably on my ear and if its not just right (usually the case when its sitting comfortable) its hard to hear the audio coming through on phone calls. Connects well to audio source. Like the charging station. Folks sometimes have a hard time hearing me through the mic if I don't have it just right. I tend to talk on the quieter side though

REALLY LOVE THIS HEADSET-DOES THE JOB WELL-PLUS ITS WIRELESS.

Purchased this to replace a wired headset and am very pleased to be able to eliminate the extra wire and add mobility by allowing me to move about in my office without the restriction presented by a wire. Even though pairing is retained, I do have to reconnect manually each time I restart my computer but this is a minor inconvenience.

Nice wireless headset, real comfortable and after a few minor setting issues that were resolved fairly easily. good deal and would recommend.

I love this! Very easy to pair, adjust and charge. It's comfortable on, and you can switch which ear to use. It has a magnetic charging station and kind of "snaps" in so you know it's attached and will be charged when you need it. You can also use it while charging by having a cord attached...otherwise it's wireless.

This headset works well. Love that it will connect to two Bluetooth devices at same time. Much less expensive than other options.

Having a Bluetooth headset has been really great when taking calls. It is nice to be cord-free so the cords don't drag across my keyboard when I am on a call. It is easy to connect and the charging port is magnetic so it clicks into place when you put it down in the cradle.

Overall a good product however people on the other side sometimes complain of hearing machined voice.

This is working well so far. It's nice not tripping over the cord (Bluetooth).

I bought this in December and it already doesn't work. It was great until about a week ago and now won't fully charge, I can't adjust the volume and of course it's too late to return. Spend a little more money and get a better one.

Use this all the time. Best headset for working from home. Bought one for my mom as well and the mic got kinda loose so make sure to get the insurance.

Very easy to set up and use. Voice quality (incoming and outgoing) is much better than an earbud/microphone combination.

Easy to link to my phone. And, I am not a techie. Love having my hands free as I talk with family and friends, do business.
