Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the enjoyable gameplay, favorable price, and convenient portability of the Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 + 2. Many also appreciate the music and find the challenge rewarding, although some experienced minor lag. A common concern is that the second collection is distributed as a download code, requiring additional storage space.

    Who cares about digital?

It's annoying that the later games are digital and not on a cart but... X5-X7 were horrible. X8 was OKAY but not great. X1-X3 are really the only ones worth playing. And they're the best in the entire MM Universe. And they're on the cart so meh, I don't mind.

Great games, wish it was all on physical copy.

Great chance to play these games again, only reason I knocked it one star is because you have to download the second half of games rather than it all be on a game drive.

    Capcom is Cheap

Nintendo Switch cards come in various sizes for publishers. 1 GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB etc. With Capcom choosing not to use a 8GB card to fit this 5GB collection is cheap. This game didn't required development. There was no research and money invested. If you think a lot of time and resources went into making this for the Switch, then you are lacking IQ. Why give a game 1out of 5 stars? Presentation! They are presenting half a game collection, and requiring the other half to be lost in cyberspace when Nintendo decides to shut down the servers to re-download it. Don't think it will happen? Nintendo just did it with the Wii, and previously the DSi. I have a massive collection dating back 40 years. All games I can still fire up and play. 40 years from now , I will be stuck with a gamecard and case that only contains the first half of this collection if I were to buy this. Capcom is greedy.

Disappointed... half on cart, half digital code

Doesn't make sense. Why is collection 2 a download code? Shouldn't both games be on cart since it's a "physical" version?

    Avoid on any platform

Crippling input latency on X1/X2/X3 make this collection unplayable on any console/PC. Capcom has not fixed or even acknowledged this major issue. If you were looking forward to playing the SNES games, avoid this and get an SNES Classic which comes with X1 and can be easily modified to add the sequels.

Have to download collection # 2

I would not have purchased this game on the switch had I known it was going to require me to download almost 7GB of data just to play. I could have gotten it on the PS4 and got two discs and trophies. This is why the switch will wind up failing in America, stupid decisions.
