At 73, Neil Diamond still has it. This new album is definitive Diamond, with great lyrics and melodies, some similar to his earlier works. One track, "Seongah and Jimmy," is a great story, but gets a bit schmaltzy, especially the line about Jimmy getting a toothache and Seongah dutifully calling the dentist. Truth be told, I laughed at loud when I first heard it because it seemed so out of place. Other than that, another one to add to your Neil Diamond collection.

A lot of people who loved Diamond in the 60's & 70's don't even realize he's still making new music. These are all new original songs & he's still in fine form. His last 2 CD's, "12 Songs" and"Home Before Dark", were for me 2 of his best albums ever and this one's almost as great!

bought this as a gift and the person seemed to really like this CD so if your a Neil Diamond fan I'm sure you'll like this as well.

An easy-listening and enjoyable collection; it shows an evolving Neil Diamond. Very good music and lyrics; varied selection of songs.

Great title for the works on this release. The lyrics are fresh and new and kind of a look into his life and times past and present. He is an Icon for sure.

Really enjoyed this CD bought for a road trip and it is good steady beat and the melody is upbeat

Melody Road is one of those great albums that has a familiar feel to it even though it's new. If you love Neil Diamond, this is definitely a must-own.

A couple new Diamond classics and a few not so much, best for true Diamond fans.

Neil Diamond is back and with a whole new set of songs. My mom received this for Christmas and she enjoyed it all the way.

As always, Neal Diamond releases great music. Has always enjoyed his talent.
