This combination unit is easy to set up and easy to operate. It has two alarms capability, and has a clear time display. The CD and radio sound is satisfactory for a bedroom or other room.

I always know what time it is with the nice sized, brightly lit numbers. The CD player is nice. I would have rated it a 5 except the radio doesn't receive as well as I would like. (My residence is in a valley.)

This very affordable alarm clock does it all for a very minimal price. The alarm is loud enough to wake a heavy sleeper, the reception is decent for the price of the radio and lastly it is easy to program. The CD funcation was important to me since I have some CDs that I use just for bedtime, and do not want on my iPod. Great BUY!!!!!!

We recently re-did one of our bathrooms. I wanted to replace the old radio/cd player as well as the old clock we were using. This seemed to meet the need with a clock, radio, CD player and the added plus of a jack for iPods. The compact size is a plus. It works ok, however the audio level control is very sensitive, and often the unit shuts off while I am trying to plug in the aux. cable or adjust the sound. The sound quality is ok, and it has enough output to be heard with the ceiling fan and or shower in operation. Other than the sensitive controls, it is good for our needs and we have eliminated the two older larger devices.

This clock radio offers a lot for its low price, but the feature we love best is battery backup. We live in an area where the power goes off for a mere second or two which, sadly, is just long enough to have to manually reset our other two clock radios lacking this feature. Radio performance is a non-issue as we live in a rural part of Illinois where AM/FM reception is all but impossible; but the clock keeps great time and the CD player performs flawlessly. You could spend a lot more, but why bother? This unit has it all for one low price and it makes a very small footprint on your nightstand!

THIS CLOCK RADIO HAS A VERY GOOD SOUND BUT, WE DID NOT BUY IT FOR THE SOUND ! WE WANTED A CLOCK RADIO THAT WAS VERY EASY TO PROGRAM TWO DIFFERENT WAKE UP TIMES. ONE FOR WEEK DAY AND ONE FOR WEEKEND ! THIS ONE DOES N OT HAVE THAT FEATURE BUT, IT IS FAIRLY EASY TO PROGRAM THE WAKE UP TIMES !

Best Buy had several clock radios in stock, but only this one would play CDs. The others all had docking stations, or USB ports, for other devices. It seems to work fine and I'd boost the rating to 4 or 5 stars, except it did not come with any instructions printed in English.

Bought this for mother-in-law for Christmas. She loves it. Large numbers for easing ease, easy set up. Mother-in-law happy I'm happy!

I like that I can wake up to a track on a CD and not a blaring buzzer. It was easy to setup and has a nice dimming feature on the display.

I was looking for a radio to place in our bathroom so we could play music as we take our showers. Not wanting to spend a bunch of cash to get Blue-tooth capability I chose to go with this radio. For me it works great. I'd love to have the Blue-tooth but the prices for those items at Best Buy were very pricey. It's small enough to fit in the corner of our sink so it's out of the way. Be warned that it does not have digital tuning. Not a big deal to me as I leave it on one station anyway. Really don't need the cd player these days. It does have the plug-in for an MP3 player or phone so that base is covered. All in all, I wish it had Blue-tooth and digital tuning but for me not having those two options is a huge no big deal

I bought this alarm clock to play a CD to wake us up every morning and it does that! setting up the alarms is a little tricky but if you read the little manual that comes with it you can do it. Turning the cd on should be a one button event but requires two. Our previous unit failed us after about 15 years of service, but the sound was great.

Purchased this nice basic CD radio alarm clock for my son. Easy for him to use and has battery back-up in case of power outage. Display is bright and easy to read. Good sound when playing CD. Reasonably priced.

Was looking for a small bedside alarm clock/radio. The Memorex was just the ticked, as despite the small size, the display was large and very readable, and had adjustable brightness. I took a short time to learn all the features, but was very satisfied with the product once it was set up. The sound quality is superb, and am quite please with the purchase.

The Memorex CD Alarm Clock Radio works very well, has 2 alarms and has battery back up, something that the Sony Dream Machine lacks. I like the compactness and the dimmer switch. The quality of sound is reasonable for a CD alarm clock.

Bright, large display & the alarm(s) get your attention with no problems whatsoever. The cd function is great to have at bedside. If there's anything I wish was better, it would be that the audio quality is pretty bleak. Two speakers doesn't always constitute stereo performance. Overall, still great to have & does what I need it to do

But I enjoy having access to a CD player and an alarm clock.
