Worked good but returned due to the Size of the unit and where it was to be use

Couldn't really pick up many stations, poor sound quality. Returned it!

Bought it 10/03/2016 and the CD player stopped working today. It doesn't get moved around. Sits in the same place everyday. CD player stopped working in the middle of a song. Tried various CD's and doesn't recognize any are in the machine. One adult user. Never tried the radio, but have read complaints about that too.

GOOD FOR THE PRICE, BUT WHEN YOU TURN THE VOLUMN UP GETS DISTORTED.

It's okay. The sound is not good at all as far as volume

This seemed like a good buy to start, but this unit is not built to last. With only light use, the CD player is already not working. We will see if Best Buy takes it back...

This started out as a great product! We really liked it! But suddenly, a couple weeks ago, it won't play off the MP3 or phone correctly. And it's only been about 3 months since we bought it. It plays CDs ok, and the radio, but will only play one side of the MP3 music. So we can only hear the background of the song, and not the main singer. I got the warranty, thank goodness, but now it's a hassle and annoyance to bring it back and exchange it, or whatever. What a pity.

The player worked well enough for 2 months, then quit reading discs entirely. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of choices in this product category suitable for a child's room.

I bought this item in March 2017 and have been very happy with it until today. It is now August 2017 & it has stopped working. It was working yesterday, but not today. It doesn't matter whether it is on external power or batteries. The standby led is on, but it won't turn on. I am extremely unhappy with this item & regret that I wasted $40 of my hard earned money on a piece of junk.

I purchased the radio and instead opening it I placed in my shop where it would be used. I forgot about it time passed and I finally opened it. Couldn't get it to work. I didn't have receipt so it had been to long since purchase for her to help and I should contact the manufacturer. Lesson to learn check all purchases for defects regardless of where you purchased it. .

used for my home office most stations wont come in clear unless I move radio next to window

Doesn’t have an antenna and the volume is poor...not satisfied at all

The sound is AWFUL!!! I've had boom boxes, many!, n none of them sounded like, worse than #%& than this one! I brought it back and told the sales person what I thought and he said he agreed. And then I said there's gonna be a lot of returns come Christmas time and he agreed with that also. What a shame, they know how to make a great boom boxes but they refuse to these days

Santa bought this for my 7 year old for Christmas who loves music. We used it 1 time, yesterday I plugged it in again and it's just dead. If you turn it upside down the stand by light will come on but the radio still won't and when you turn it right side up, absolutely nothing works. Its just a paper weight essentially. Very disappointed.

The radio has very poor reception and poor sound quality.
