A wild ride!

I bought the Meta Quest 2 not knowing really how immersive, and simply just how good it would be. Well, I am NOT disappointed! I see how people can fall into their TVs and other objects. Once you put on the headset, and add a good set of earbuds, you are now in the Matrix! Can’t wait for the next version, and the next, and so on! Pretty darn cool!

I wanted to love it so bad

The games were nauseating and without a way to keep the controller in your hand you will loose your grip. (There is a way to wrap the wrist strap around your hand). I am not a fan of playing video games as a rule and I wanted to love this unit because I thought the graphics would be comparable to those I’ve seen on PS5 but almost everything I played was more cartoonish. I just decided that $500 was a little steep to watch videos on YouTube VR. But if I hadn’t got a headache and nauseous, and money was not an issue I would have kept it. Up to you ultimately…

Waste of money and it wasn’t cheap. Same story with the other two I bought for my grandkids. One of them had problem and had to return it to the manufacturer for a refurbished one. Won’t buy another.
