We highly recommend playing VR for small, fifteen minute periods of time when first joining the VR World, as well as drinking plenty of water and making sure you are playing in an air conditioned area. Additionally, there are lots of apps you can try out in our app store! When we spoke with customer service they offered a refurbished one but wouldn’t replace it with a new unit.
