Great upgrade

My only complaint is the head strap is not very good and battery life is not ideal. I can only get about an hour on a charge.

The Meta Quest 3 is on a whole new level though. I'm doing VR workouts, learning how to play the keyboard and drums, acquiring new skills, and experiencing amazing worlds on a daily basis! I would highly recommend the Meta Quest 3 512GB to anyone looking for motivation to move more while playing and learning in immersive environments. The 128GB isn't enough storage if you plan to have more than a few decent games and apps.

Definitely worth it

There is really no limits to what you can do with it. It’s a bit pricey but compared to other vr headsets it is very reasonable. Pass through is much better than most headsets but could still be better. But don’t get me wrong, it’s good. I would recommend getting the model with more memory since it is easy to fill this bad boy up, since games are getting bigger. I think Asgard’s wrath 2 is like 40gb? Great game by the way. I’m hoping I can use this to learn how to play the piano, and hopefully many other things in the future.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it a lot it’s very fun the games are super small so I can download so many on the 512gb it’s good to start on small free games 1st then use the free month trial after a couple days of the meta quest+ I would recommend the only problems is is that the quality of looking irl through the headset is blurry hard to see my own phone and sometimes words and the battery life really sucks it’s mandatory to buy a aftermarket headstrap that can carry switchable battery packs

It solves all of the blurry focus issues i always had that required constantly adjusting. Putting these on feels more like putting on goggles rather than a finicky headset.

Worth getting the Q3 over the Q2?

Asgards Wrath is a GREAT game but the game alone doesnt justify the cost to upgrade, however the improvements do. The device seems a bit more delicate than the Q2 but the quality of mixed reality and improved lens' is great. My main reason to purchase was for the addition of Gamepass I hope this prompts MS to release more VR compatible games and support the current vr compatible games so that we can play them now (i.e. No Mans Sky) In my opinion, its worth the purchase b upgrade if you already owned or experienced a Q2 and have disposable funds :)
