Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT BEST BUY. $3,000 JUST IN 2025. A friend from Pennsylvania bought me this exact Meta Quest 3 512GB. He drove it, never shipped, never opened the box. Box is perfect. Item is perfect. He does not have a receipt as the Best Buy website was making him create a new profile over and over. Same thing happened to me at Rockville Maryland. Exactly same thing. So it is in pristine condition, never opened and he does not have a receipt. He thought I had until the 14th of January 2025. Is there nothing I can do? I'm stuck with a $500 paperweight? I don't do this stuff.

Although we wouldn't be able to process a refund, if there is an issue with the device itself we can certainly look into a possible replacement for you, once the relevant troubleshooting is complete, to enhance your MetaQuest experience as much as possible.
To begin the process, please head over to Meta Store Support and open a ticket there. Once you've done this, a member of the support team will reach out to you and will help you look at possible options for you.

It is also humorous to watch someone else play. This was a great family gift for Christmas and I got an A plus from my kids and grandchildren. I can't wait to get some accessories for it.
