The Meta Quest 3 is overall a very good VR headset.

wow!-just wow! this technology has definitely progressed. glad we went for the upgrade with the Meta Quest 3.

I upgraded from the two, grphics quality shows significant improvent and the headset eems lighter and better balanced, the head strap is definitely an improvement. The vaiety of gmes and experiences vailsble in this gaming system is mind blowing. I play almost every day.

Can't beat this for the price especially on sale or with a great game. Check out the current VR selection, it may be better than you expect.

I really like the product. The display is so clear with the correct headsets adjustments and I use it for so many things. I just wish there were more applications compatible with the MetaVerse Software.

The best VR for it’s price point! I don’t think anything else can match it. If you’re on the wall, get it. Anyone can play and the new hand tracking is great!

I had the meta Quest too and upgraded to the meta Quest 3 and the improvements are there and worth the money to upgrade. The new Batman game is awesome

This thing is AMAZING. I never knew what I have been missing all this time. It’s quite the experience. Being able to sit courtside at an NBA game on this….. so cool! It is pretty uncomfortable on the head at first but you get used to it. I highly recommend!!

I reluctantly purchased the Quest 3 knowing that my Quest 2 was barely in use. My low expectations were pleasantly exceeded from the start. This unit is a legit upgrade from the previous Gen. The higher refresh rate is a much needed touch, and the augmented reality makes way for some pretty cool gaming experiences. I'd be happier if the price was $50-$100 less, but I recommend the upgrade to anyone who enjoys their Quest 2, and even newcomers.

For the price i still feel regret for buying it and have thoughts of selling it or getting rid of it, the vr screen quality was not as good as expected and i dont like how i can see the bonding adhesive used to put face pad onto the screen the orginal strap is uncomfortable and causes discomfort while using

The Quest 3 512 GB virtual reality headset MIGHT be good, or why the egg is not always going to be a chicken. My System, in a nutshell, if this makes any difference: RAM: 32.0 GB Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 6800 (16 GB) Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8 core w/ 3.8 GHz Windows 10, at the time, but I'm upgrading soon, and my system has 5.01 TBs of storage some of which is solid state. I've wanted to have VR capability for years. My quest (get it?) for virtual reality began years ago. I did a lot of research into finding out which headsets to buy. I waited, over much time, for technology to improve and for prices to settle down a bit. So, in August of 2025, I bought the Quest 3 512 GB VR headset (this is the chicken part.) I also bought a proper USB cable, to possibly aid in hook up, and a battery pack, because I read that these are power hungry critters. The Quest 3 512 GB seemed to be the right equipment, at the right time, for my initial foray into the virtual reality experience. All equipment purchased was endorsed by the Best Buy staff. The fun stopped as I began the set up (this is the egg hatching part.) I figured you plug it into the computer and the set up would be automatic, like when you buy a new mouse, or keyboard, or microphone, or camera, or anything else you plug into the USB port on your computer ... even wirelessly ... BUT the headset wouldn't hook up automatically. You need to be able to scan a QR code, which my computer's cam seemed to do, AND the Quest 3 was in my system's inventory, but the Quest 3 system would not finalize the hook up. I spent hours trying different ways to hook up my new vr headset ... but to no avail. The hook up directions should be a little more informative and shouldn't rely on a QR code. The Quest 3, if I'm not mistaken, is able to operate wirelessly ... BUT I had a proper USB cable just in case !!! Maybe one needs a cellphone for this QR code scanning? If so, I don't use cellphones ... ... THERE !!! I SAID IT !!! ... and I did scan the code with my computer cam. I shouldn't have to use a cell phone for anything other than to call my Mom to ask for money, or to order pizza in impromptu fashion, while on the road ... after I pull off safely, of course . AND NO PERSON OR ORGANIZATION OR COMPANY SHOULD ASSUME WE ALL HAVE CELLPHONES OR THAT WE WANT TO USE THEM FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN CALLING, as I said earlier !!! The Quest 3 MAY BE a fine piece of equipment ... (some say it really isn't better than the Quest 2 ... most reviews seem to say that all these headsets are power hungry, so the extra battery pack seems prudent) ... BUT IT WON'T HOOK UP TO MY SYSTEM. Of course I returned everything. Maybe YOU will buy this as an open box special. IF, IF, IF, I ever do this again, I suppose I will have to hire someone to do the hook up. Sorry for all the shouting, but I wanted to get this off my chest ... and remember, not all eggs become chickens.

Recently lost all my stuff in a housefire, but when I got the opportunity to get some of my stuff back, I knew I needed to go through Best Buy wonderful warranties, I was very surprised that they had one left in stock in the back.

Incredible experience but be sure to take a motion sickness pill beforehand if you’re prone t motion sickness, like I am.

Device is awesome. So glad the accessories were available as well. The new controllers and cameras were worth the price to upgrade from the version 2. Plus now two of us can play at the same time. Worth every penny! The VR battery/headstrap work with both v2&v3.

My favorite app on here is supernatural fitness, do beautiful.

Best VR ever, when the Quest 1 came out, I always want to try, but not chance, and when I am planning to purchase the Quest 2, and meet the time Quest 3 came. So, I jump to to Quest 3 right away. So far so good, the reality world is amazing. Defenity recommandaion.

Very good quality in the build and lenses. The only problem I have with it is all in the software. Can feel a little buggy.

The meta quest 3 is an excellent vr system. I previously had the 2 and the upgrades on this model are definitely nice!
