Having owned an Oculus Rift CV1, Oculus Quest 1, and also having used a Quest 2, the Quest 3 is a remarkable leap forward in every aspect. For the newer lenses, to the higher resolution, and greater processing speed, down to the color pass-thru and much improved pass-thru clarity, this headset is a winner. The only downside appears to be the occasional in-app WIFI instability, where disconnects with apps occur, even though we still have voice chat. This has happened regularly across multiple apps, but not on my previous Quest headset.

It's a great VR headset and I use it almost every day. Definitely recommend it.

Very fun VR headset coming from oculus rift S. Glad I took the leap to Quest 3. I know Meta has invested millions and millions in R&D to get this one right with enough tech to keep it future proof for several years to come. So far the games are very clear and I haven’t upgraded to optimized games yet which should give the user ever better resolution and fps.

Honestly one of my favorite purchases. I use the headset mostly for cardio workouts and its exactly what I was hoping for.

I love how the VR shows the actual layout of your home inside the video game. We were playing some zombie game (I forgot the game name), but you can literally put the gun/ammo on your “table!” It’s definitely better than the last version!

This is truly an experience, especially if you can run it with Steam games like Half-Life Alyx. Amazing.

Use it with steam games, looks amazing. Plan to add virtual desktop soon. Upgraded head strap to a more comfortable one with built-in fan. Tons of accessories

My recent purchases of 2 Oculus headset very easy to complete. The Oculus works as expected, display was clean, 4k screen display and my kids love this product very much.

I upgraded from the 3s to the 3. The video quality is excellent and some of the apps either updated or simply have more features (Contour, Boxing Underdog, Golden Gloves) which was a nice surprise. I use it for projecting pics for murals, watching anime, and staying in shape. I recommend this product.

I upgraded to the quest 3 from a quest 1 and this is a huge upgrade for me. The screen is really sharp and crisp looking and it runs a lot better. I mainly play pcvr, but when I play standalone it is really smooth and a good experience.

This is not about the product as it was totally fine and it was doing what it was suppose to do. No complaints there, but the 2 star is for two reasons. The overall declining experience of the purchase, increasing reliability concerns on Bestbuy but at the same time I still feel like I am a loyal Bestbuy customer, hence the 2 star. This purchase was made duiring the holiday season(early Dec 2025) where there was an offer with the purchase of the product. It was at its full price, but there was a 100$ gift reward with the purchase. I purchased it online with a pickup in store. I forgot to ask during the visit to store for the pickup about the offer. After reaching home, I remembered a day or two later and had a chat with the bestbuy rep. I have mentioned to check on the best buy app and also provided them the amazon link for the same product with a similar offer. They've confirmed and mentioned that the offer is valid but it will take 2 weeks for me to get it via mail. They confirmed that i will receive my gift card and i took the screenshots of that conversation along with the case ID that theyve provided. Cut to two weeks later, I didnt recieve anything and reached out to bestbuy again via phone, gave them the case ID and they've mentioned that the purchase is not eligible. They escalated it to another rep and he said the same thing and both the interactions were not that great in terms of customer interaction. It was a bit of rude, as in the tone was missing empathy. I would have been totally fine if the first rep would have mentioned that the purchase was not eligible as I forgot to ask during the time of purchase. I was told that the purchase will get me the 100$ gift card and two weeks later they've flipped it a total 180°. Now, 100$ is fine but the problem for me was the declining reliability on Bestbuy as a company. I used to pride myself buying electronics at bestbuy versus buying from Amazon. I had to return all the equipment i have purchased(which was about 770$), not because of the gift card but the experience. This experience is not just a one off thing, but a piling frustation with the recent purchases. For example, i purchased a TV(last year) and while Bestbuy delivered it and installed it, my expectation was everything will be done by professional geek squad. Instead it was delivered by a third party in a budget truck by two kids(hardly looked like 18 to 20 year olds). They've no experience and one of the two was not even having a clue what and how to do it. The other kid has a bit of experience and got hurt in our house as the other kid wasn't helpful. When we went in to check how things are going, we saw the chaos and I helped the kids cleanup and then helped install the TV while the other kids looking at us. Also there was a damage on the wall. Ofcourse it damage was compensated later, but the experience is what matters. Unfortunately for the first time, I am thinking of other stores and amazon to make any big electronics purchases besides bestbuy. Hope things will get better and back to how good it was before.

Nice update from the Meta 2. Nice to see color on the surrounding when activated. Cameras work great to draw out the room automatically

I love best but the most friendly helpful staff. They have some of the best prices I save a lot of money shopping with you guys. My son love his gift so much he drive trucks and it helps his days g by faster. Thanks so much.

It's a really good upgrade from the quest 2 if you like passthrough, it has better processing, but the battery life is worse which counteracts the power, but otherwise it's a good headset.
