Mixed reality it's not how you see it on videos/recordings. For me, is very blurry even with very good light, indoors or outdoors, doesn't matter. Also, if you have the option, get the elite strap with the battery, my quest 3 after playing Golf+ for ~1h full battery it goes to 20% or so.

Revolutionary piece of equipment

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying this is phenomenal technology it is definitely an amazing piece of equipment it is definitely a Powerhouse and much more powerful and better than the Quest 2 it is also a lot more expensive but if you want the best you have to pay for it. The only complaint that I have is whenever you're using the mixed reality feature the headset tends to get pretty warm and you can notice it through the lenses making your face heat up a little bit more than the quest2 but once again when using mixed reality you're pushing the limits of the headset and using it for all of its power so it is expected but nothing major

Exceeded expectations

You can link your account from the oculus 2 and play all the games and download all the new games. The kids love it. The remotes are smaller. Definitely a great upgrade from the 2.

I definitely like the smaller size, however, to get it comfortable you’ll definitely need a third-party strap. I do not recommend the meta-elite strap. It’s not comfortable. I’m also not thrilled with Best Buy‘s return policy of 15 days. From now on, I will buy from somewhere that has at least 30.

Lenses look amazing, but will need to buy accessor

The biggest issue I have with the headset is out of the box is very uncomfortable, meta needs to stop being cheap and actually give people a nice head strap in the box if they expect people to keep using these headsets and not let them collect dust.

WOW! Mixed Reality Is Amazing

The difference between the two make me very excited for the next gen. Meanwhile I'll enjoy my 3 and the new mixed reality.
