Good investment
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far this has been a great purchase. Not only is it fun for my children but the workout apps makes it very useful for me as well! Only giving 4 stars because it dies too fast and can get uncomfortable after a while of wearing

Quest 3 512gb
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was my first VR purchase and its amazing as I play PC mainly, and the graphics for being standalone is very impressive. I have also used Steam Link on it just make sure your machine is hardwired in It was very responsive. The mixed reality is very fun. I've used Virtual Desktop to see my pc and work within VR and it was very easy to setup. I also played VRchat and was very fun along with Golf 5+ made me feel like I was there. This is definitely fun and worth it. Some games were around 5-8gbs if anyone was curious.

The Transporter is real
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided to take the plunge after not being engaged by the gaming world for years. Sure, the battery doesn't last long. Yes. It's heavy on your head. So what? Get ready for a new reality. This isn't and RGB monitor.

A solid VR & AR Headset
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Quest 3 after a lot of research and contemplating between the different headset options. The Quest 2, PSVR2, and Pro Vision. Definitely happy with the Quest 3, it has some of the nice passthrough features the Pro Vision has but not as crisp as I would like. Some warping when following hand tracking but overall pretty good. Game prices and quality have been pretty good so far and still trying out games. Think my major complaint would be battery life, but it's also been an easy way to track my time using the headset so that I give my eyes a proper break and not get motion sick. Overall, a great VR headset and a decent AR headset. It's a better value than some other competitors and a decent game library.

Good headset, expensive price.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headest is a bit pricey, but if you intend to use it to its fullest its a really great VR headset. No issues running any games so far, although i will say the battery drains pretty quickly. So far confortable without any extra straps or add-ons

The best affordable standalone VR experience
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a considerable uodate from the Quest 2, but it's not revolutionary. The best feature on the Quest 3 is the clarity that comes from the pancake lenses. Screen door effect is almost non existent. Despite the hard facial padding, overall, the Quest 3 out of the box is more comfortable than the Quest 2. Games look great, sound is good. If you have a Quest 2 and it's running faithfully, there really is no reason to upgrade at this point. However, being a daily VR user, I felt that the updates justified the purchase. If you're new to VR and want the best stand alone experience, the Quest 3 is the way to go. If you're still on the Quest 1 and are ready for a new headset, the Quest 3 is a no brainer. However, if you've never tried VR before, the Quest 2 might be a sensible purchase. Otherwise, just make sue to return it in time if you decide VR is not for you.

The Most Immersive Standalone VR Headset Yet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is, I think, the best standalone VR set for this price. Graphic is not bad and the mixed reality is very good. The game library is also a plus, there are so many games that you can play on this headset. One thing you might want to add to this headset is a conformable head strap.

A major step forward!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The clarity and quality are awesome! I came from the Quest 2 and before that was on the original Quest. The color pass through is a total game changer for me. Mixed reality is amazing, I can’t wait to see more future apps involving this. The pancake lenses get rid of what was the sweet spot you had to look at before, it is all now a sweet spot! The only thing slightly lacking on this model would be the battery capacity as with higher processing power, comes shorter battery life. Add on an external and you’ll have no issues though.

Great processor, but has down sides
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Graphics and interaction are significantly improved from the oculus quest 2. It was worth the purchase in my opinion. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the battery lifw, much shorter than the quest 2. I have only been able to get 2 hours max out of each full charge. It also does not currently have space sense as the quest 2 which is honestly a huge let down because it was a good safety feature thatthe quest 2 has. I have dogs and without space sense i am not able to tell when they step into my play area. Despite those 2 let downs, I truly like the graphics and the new design. For those out there who are looking for a quest, Oculus quest 2 is able to do the same as quest 3 so save some money and opt for the older version unless 120 ghz is a must for you (not required for games)

Meta Quest 3 brings the best VR experience!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really recommend the Meta Quest 3! I have owned the Quest 1 and Quest 3. I recently upgraded to the Meta Quest 3. I am extremely satisfied with the VR experience and features that the Meta Quest 3 brings to the table. New titles are being offered along with mixed reality options.

Lots of fun
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 3 is definately an upgrade from the 2. Better graphics and the mixed reality is why I bought it. The battery life is not very good, i did buy a strap with an additional battery and it tripled the battery life.

Great standalone VR headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you plan to play VR games without needing a computer that is capable to run VR, the Meta Quest 3 is the one to get! The graphics are great, and if you purchase the external battery accessory (which I highly recommend getting), it extends the battery life even more and provides a better balance on your head, making it feel less front heavy. Games run smoothly, and since my computer can run VR, I tested it and it was able to connect seamlessly to Steam as long as you install the Steam Link app on the headset. I loved the ability to connect to the computer wirelessly as well since I do not have that much room around my desk to play wired.

Really nice upgrade from Quest 2
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The clarity of everything is a huge step up from Quest 2 and the biggest thing i appreciate moving to quest 3. I havent done much mixed reality stuff but colored passthrough is nice and the menu is displayed in your play space. This headset made my pcvr games look so much better too and Half Life Alyx has never looked so good to me. Battery is only 2 hrs but im hoping the elite strap with battery at least doubles that when i get it then id be happy. Overall happy with quest 3

My thoughts on the Meta Quest
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, it's a great source of entertainment—fun for both kids and adults a little expensive. The battery doesn't last long with continuous play, but the variety of games makes up for it. It's also a surprisingly good way to stay active. The platform keeps evolving with new games, though I do wonder if future versions might limit access to current ones to encourage upgrades. Still, definitely worth getting.

Much welcomed Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a Q1 this is a significant upgrade. The visuals are much better and crisper. I tried the mixed reality game that comes with the Q3 and I have to admit it was pretty cool to see. I was impressed with how it mapped my room and the debris from the game interacted with a cabinet. I know others have mentioned terrible battery life, but for me I haven't run into that issue maybe due to the games/apps I use and keeping play sessions to an hour/hour and a half.
