Do not like the head strap that comes with the Quest 3, so will need to get something more comfortable.

Great Potential, but Not Ready for Intense Workout

It is an expensive product, and the support often leaves much to be desired. This is my third unit; I have had issues with others due to moisture and sweat. You should be very careful if you intend to use it exclusively for physical activities, as unfortunately the product is still not able to handle intense workouts.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good headset, especially if your using it for mostly AR experiences but if you are using it for VR I'd honestly say save your money and get a used quest 2 or a quest 3s because that pancake lenses aren't a big enough change to how VR looks over the quest 2 to justify $200 to $300 extra dollars.

We at Meta Store Support love your enthusiasm for the Quest 3, and understand that when you suffer from VR sickness it can completely overshadow your enjoyment.
It is believed that a tolerance to VR sickness can develop over time, so we hope that it won't always be a concern for you, but here are a few tips that might help alleviate the worst of it.
Make certain to take plenty of breaks. Stay refreshed, and hydrated especially for vigorous sessions.
Chewing gum / sweets can also help with the motion sickness.
Depending on the game / app check the settings for any motion control options available to help with limiting the motion.
Avoid low latency, or poorly optimized games as they can increase the level of sickness that you feel.
Don't attempt to 'power-through' when feeling sick, as its always best to stop playing at that point until the feeling passes.
If it is really causing you discomfort, you can consult your pharmacist as some motion sickness remedies can prove effective for VR sickness too.

It does not get you dizzy or disoriented at all. Can watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc.
