So far, they have worked really well. My/our biggest complaint is not with Best Buy or the headset, but with the online play. There is a lot of content that we enjoy, BUT, all of the 'open' multiplayer areas are flooded with children. And of course, there are no parents monitoring what these kids say or do. Seems as though the parents just bought these for their kids to serve as electronic babysitters. So, you have tons of kids running around, screaming obscenities, acting like heathens, and totally destroying the experience. And the bad part is, there's no settings to keep you in 'adult' areas away from the kids. It totally ruins it for us. So, unless you only want to play/use content that is set up for solo players, be prepared to be overrun by unsupervised children as young as 5 years old in the games/open areas screaming obscenities and being as vulgar as they know how to be. Anything and everything that is set up for open use multiplayer is child infected. There are no settings to go to an "adult area" only to keep you away from the children. It really ruins the experience!!!

Make sure to look up the proper devise care to make sure it lasts a long time, especially for the lenses. If you use glasses to see things far away, you'll have to use them with the headset as well.

After tinkering around for about a month, I would advise you to play some titles off of Steam you will need to modify your Quest a bit but it isnt hard. The games on the Meta store are pretty good,just not much games to choose from honestly. Also you will need to ease into using it as VR motion sickness is real and not fun to experience but takes training to undergo longer sessions. All in all I am addicted to the VR experience and it has been my best purchase in a while.

We love the unit, graphics and games are amazing. I definitely recommend this for anyone interested in VR gaming.

Better resolution, faster CPU, color cameras, and Mixed Reality. Give your Oculus 2 to someone and get one of these.

I own the Quest Pro, which was a silly waste of money and is rarely used because I own the Quest 3. This is the best VR purchase I have made to date (also owned HP Gear, Pimax Crystal and orginal PSVR. If you are wanting to get into VR or are thinking of upgrading, this is the one. Skip the 3s and buy the Metaquest 3. If you are casual user get the 128GB version.

I've had mine for about a year and a half now, and I can safely say if you want to get into VR, Quest 3 or 3S is the way to go.

I’m in my 50s, so I’m not using it much for gaming. But… watching sports in stadium is incredible. Watching tv on YouTubeTV thru the browser is great. There are things I’m sure I can do but haven’t thought of yet. I’m an Apple guy and I wish I could import stuff from that platform such as logins and passwords, credit cards etc.
