Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A slight step up in some cases to the quest 2 but the battery life is horrendous plan on buying battery packs to attach to this if you plan on doing any real gaming. One other big let down for me is the pass thru quality that a lot of reviewer are saying is mind blowing this just wasn’t the case for me. It was better than the quest 2 but not mind blowing at all. I tried several different lighting methods and yes with more light it got slightly better but only slightly. So don’t expect this to blow your mind. I ultimately returned mine because of the battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend A little shocked at how good this experience is.

Half Life Alex is an experience that shouldn't be missed.

Motion sickness is normal when you start out with the VR journey, but little and often playing over time lets your body get used to it. However we understand that this doesn't work for everyone.
We are pleased to hear that while you could play that you enjoyed in. Hopefully in the future motion sickness won't be the roadblock in your VR life!
Quest 3 is an amazing game system!

The pass through is amazing and so much nicer to use than the quest 2. I highly recommend it.

I personally have used the original oculus for years and this is the newest vr system I have bought, I have been watching the vr market and techs specs for years now. This was a very good purchase it has phenomenal video refresh rate and clear vision. And best of all the controller tracking is amazing especially taking into fact that there is no tracking cameras apart from the vr system it is all integrated into the system. Also the ar/ hand tracking( hand tracking without a controller) was impressive and responsive.

You can go anywhere you want any time you want. I've met so many new friends. You can't but have a smile on your face while using the Quest 3
