    Great purchase, but I felt cheated because last year I received a gift card and this purchase charged me for it. It felt like they forced me to buy a gift card.

    Good product, but the battery life is not so great. Need to plug it in after an hour of use.

      We just thought we'd share the battery expectations from our own website, so you can compare it with what you're getting.

      Up to 2.2 hours of usage on average
      Gaming: 2.4 hours of usage on average
      Social: 2.2 hours of usage on average
      Productivity: 1.5 hours of usage on average
      Media: 2.9 hours of usage on average

      As with most battery powered devices, battery life is dependent on various factors, such as device settings, usage, age of battery, Bluetooth usage and wireless conditions.

      If you find that you're only using your Meta Quest for gaming, but you're getting far less than 2.4 hours on average, please feel free to click contact us on the Meta website where our amazing 24/7 support team will work with you to determine what is causing this.

    I received the 512gb model by mail, and upon opening and installing noticed a dead pixel. I was then convinced by the associate to return it and get the 128gb model because they were out. I regret this as i have almost already used up all the storage. But the quest 3 itself is a fun product and i look forward to seeing what the future holds for it.

    My kids love this gaming system. It has held up incredibly well against preteen clumsyness. I love how they can play with friends and family from other states.

    My kids love this darn thing .my only gripe is the battery doesnt last that long and the straps get dirty from all there sweat

    I dont get vr sickness as easily due to the pancake lenses. The headset is really comfortable as long as you buy 3rd party headstraps and accessories. The official Meta products are way too overpriced. Bought to replace Quest 2.

    Great quality hours of fun for the whole family. Plenty of free games to download. Great paid apps for very reasonable prices. This is a better value than any other video game consoles just based on the free content alone, not to mention the immersive gameplay. The headset is a little heavy on the face and can strain your neck if worn too long. Can get headaches if playing too long. The games keep your body moving, and online games make it easy to make friends from around the world.
