The battery SUCKS! It's worse than any other version put out. The rest is about par.

Although it was highly rated I found the Asgard 2 game to be boring. The Horizon game is childish and full of kids. The resolution is not that great, especially after having Demo'd the Apple Vision Pro. There is some good content on the TV App and on Youtube VR. Waiting for something better to come along that plays PCVR.

The overall experience was good. It was just too heavy for my neck. It gave me a very sore neck so unfortunately I had to return it.

I am converting from QUEST 2, getting the account converted is not working, Facebook is a nightmare to get hold of.

First of all, congratulations on upgrading from your Quest 2 to the Quest 3! We know you're excited to convert over your account and we definitely want to help with that.
Any previous purchases you have made are attached to the Meta account itself, and not your Quest 2 headset, so if you're not seeing your games on the new headset, it would suggest you've not logged in to the new device with the same account.
