I picked up the 512gb version and have not had to use much of the storage, but it is nice knowing that I have extra incase the games get bigger over the next year or two.

Noob to Oculus, simply amazing

I also love the ability to use it with my PC and finally get into that side of VR. The battery could be better but you can mitigate that with a 45w charger and a long usb c/a to usb c cable which are super cheap on amazon.

But so far its great and the head band could be better. Can bite into your head in the back if its too tight.

We just thought we'd share the battery expectations from our own website, so you can compare it with what you're getting.
Up to 2.2 hours of usage on average
Gaming: 2.4 hours of usage on average
Social: 2.2 hours of usage on average
Productivity: 1.5 hours of usage on average
Media: 2.9 hours of usage on average
As with most battery powered devices, battery life is dependent on various factors, such as device settings, usage, age of battery, Bluetooth usage and wireless conditions.
If you find that you're only using your Meta Quest for gaming, but you're getting far less than 2.4 hours on average, please feel free to click contact us on the Meta website where our amazing 24/7 support team will work with you to determine what is causing this.

Obviously for gaming purposes you need the controllers.

Images are far clearer than before and the pass through opens up some cool applications. I like having productivity apps open and having the ability to walk away and back without having to take the headset off. The apps stay in place when I walk away.

First VR Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty neat device, I really like it for movies or the Xbox streaming services to play Xbox games, but if you're looking to pick this up for PC gaming or worse, just VR gaming without a PC I'd probably look for something else. The games and application provided by meta to purchase and play are relatively stale and pretty boring and just over all with Xbox games being the best kind of gaming I found myself doing with this I ended up returning it based on how much it costs.
