The first one was working great and after having it for 3 months, one day it wouldn't pick up my wifi. I tried everything. There was nothing wrong with my wifi. It was the headset. I paid for the 1 year warranty, and took it back. They replaced it with a new one, but it keeps flashing white light, it's some kind of glitch. I love playing it. I gave it a 3 stars because the warranty i just paid for the first headset does not apply to the one they replaced it with. That is just not cool. So now I can't get a replacement for the one that is glitching. Because I did not purchase another warranty for the replacement. I have always loved best buy. But will look other places before I buy from them again.

It's been a great experience for me and my young son to step into the world of virtual reality. For the price point it has made all of our needs. What I love about it is not just what you get from the metaverse but it begins when you plug it into your PC. For great graphics and eye-opening realism you want to have it linked to the PC.

- Hold down the power and volume down buttons for at least 10 seconds, or until boot screen loads on the headset.
- Use volume buttons to scroll to Boot device and select it using the power button.
- If a hard reboot does not fix your issue, try updating the headset using the software update tool.
