I loved the increase in quality and comfort. Read a lot of reviews saying the head set was uncomfortable for certain people but I didn’t find this to be an issue at all. I would give this 5 stars but the only reason I didn’t cause of the pass through. I had higher expectations due to what the ads and YouTube reviews portrayed. The pass through seems pretty grainy especially compared to the reviews you see online from these big YouTubers. Other than that, once you get past the quality the way the interface looks with the pass though is very impressive. I can only imagine that all the apps improve with future updates and continue to improve the headset.

Fast forward to today, and Meta has completely transformed the VR landscape. The screen and weight is much better and worth it. I’ve had this headset for almost two months and I’m still blown away by the graphics every time. Another reason that isn’t brought up a lot is the speakers on this new headset. The speakers are 2x better than the previous Oculus Headset. I hardly turn up the headset past 50% for volume because it’s that loud already. Worth it.

While the battery runs out quicker the visuals and higher definition is definitely worth it! Slap a portable battery on it and you’re ready to take on a new adventure! Id say its well worth its price (especially the weight difference, does wonders to my neck)

Below are some quick tips to preserve your Quest's battery, because playtime is important.
- Use the official charging cables and adapters provided with your device. Due to discrepancies between the voltages and amperages, non-official charging cables and adapters can damage the battery slowly over time.
- Avoid leaving the headset plugged in for days or weeks. Charge your device for around 2 hours at a time, with it turned off.
All in all, if your device is allowing around 2 hours of usage in one session, we'd say it's operating well! See you in VR, Eric.

One thing though is the life battery and the motion sickness. I have found if you sit in a chair and get used to the oculus on ur face you will be good. But I love the graphics so clean and slick. And the games are no match. I play a lot of my xbox games on it and it's a game changer.

Pretty dang snazzy

Only grip is when I asked at best buy if the extended battery pack from the quest 2 would work with the 3 they said maybe. Turns out it does not, just wish i knew beforehand so i could've bought the one that works.
