Lot's of fun for like... 3 days. But then I missed seeing the sun. When you put this on.. You put it on for at least an hour. That's a long time to be INSIDE of a videogame. The Earth is still spinning while you're in there. Time still passes while you're in there. You still age while you're in there. I recently saw on Instagram.. There are kids out there.. Scratch that.. There are ADULTS out there that will immerse themselves in these games for DAYS. I'm talking sleeping.. EATING with this headset on. Virtual boyfriends and girlfriends... That alone was enough for me to say, "no thanks." I'll stick to a controller and monitor. Go outside. Listen to the birds. Listen to the neighbor mow his lawn or lend an ear to the spouses having a heated argument. Go take your dog for a walk. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. For the love of God, touch the grass. In all seriousness, I bought this because I thought it would just be fun to have to entertain guests. "Hello, welcome to my home! Crack open some beers and climb the Alps today? Perhaps get into a virtual bar fight? Release some inner demons?" Seriously.. It's really neat. It's fun. But spending $700 to completely tune out the beauty of life happening around you is a WILD concept. Provided I had $700-$1200 laying around to burn, I would consider buying one of these again, but it would have to be one of the PC headsets. From the research I've done, the Quest headset is relatively limited as far as picture/graphics goes. Interesting product. Not for everyone. But if you are going to dabble in this community and spend this kind of money, consider the other options on the market

After years of holding out, I finally caved. The experience is amazing. Very good quality, great selection of games. If you like UFC or One Championship fighting, you really want to watch it through this! Like sitting ringside. You can take it anywhere. The battery last much longer than the stuck up reviews give it credit for. You can play for several hours, which honestly for me is too much. After a while you become disoriented if you are weak like me.

The graphics are amazing, and the battery life is pretty good compared to the previous generation!

My sons have had these for a whole year and they play it all the time. It’s actually good exercise too depending on the game you play.

Actually felt like I was in the future using the meta quest 3 I highly recommend it if your looks for a nice VR headset!

This is not about the product as it was totally fine and it was doing what it was suppose to do. No complaints there, but the 2 star is for two reasons. The overall declining experience of the purchase, increasing reliability concerns on Bestbuy but at the same time I still feel like I am a loyal Bestbuy customer, hence the 2 star. This purchase was made duiring the holiday season(early Dec 2025) where there was an offer with the purchase of the product. It was at its full price, but there was a 100$ gift reward with the purchase. I purchased it online with a pickup in store. I forgot to ask during the visit to store for the pickup about the offer. After reaching home, I remembered a day or two later and had a chat with the bestbuy rep. I have mentioned to check on the best buy app and also provided them the amazon link for the same product with a similar offer. They've confirmed and mentioned that the offer is valid but it will take 2 weeks for me to get it via mail. They confirmed that i will receive my gift card and i took the screenshots of that conversation along with the case ID that theyve provided. Cut to two weeks later, I didnt recieve anything and reached out to bestbuy again via phone, gave them the case ID and they've mentioned that the purchase is not eligible. They escalated it to another rep and he said the same thing and both the interactions were not that great in terms of customer interaction. It was a bit of rude, as in the tone was missing empathy. I would have been totally fine if the first rep would have mentioned that the purchase was not eligible as I forgot to ask during the time of purchase. I was told that the purchase will get me the 100$ gift card and two weeks later they've flipped it a total 180°. Now, 100$ is fine but the problem for me was the declining reliability on Bestbuy as a company. I used to pride myself buying electronics at bestbuy versus buying from Amazon. I had to return all the equipment i have purchased(which was about 770$), not because of the gift card but the experience. This experience is not just a one off thing, but a piling frustation with the recent purchases. For example, i purchased a TV(last year) and while Bestbuy delivered it and installed it, my expectation was everything will be done by professional geek squad. Instead it was delivered by a third party in a budget truck by two kids(hardly looked like 18 to 20 year olds). They've no experience and one of the two was not even having a clue what and how to do it. The other kid has a bit of experience and got hurt in our house as the other kid wasn't helpful. When we went in to check how things are going, we saw the chaos and I helped the kids cleanup and then helped install the TV while the other kids looking at us. Also there was a damage on the wall. Ofcourse it damage was compensated later, but the experience is what matters. Unfortunately for the first time, I am thinking of other stores and amazon to make any big electronics purchases besides bestbuy. Hope things will get better and back to how good it was before.

Use it with steam games, looks amazing. Plan to add virtual desktop soon. Upgraded head strap to a more comfortable one with built-in fan. Tons of accessories

Very good, but it gave me a lot of headaches when I used it, so I preferred to return it.

My son upgraded to this from the original one. He loves it. Great purchase.

This is my first Quest and its nicer than the Quest 2. The passthrough cameras are really good. I enjoy playing vr games on it

My recent purchases of 2 Oculus headset very easy to complete. The Oculus works as expected, display was clean, 4k screen display and my kids love this product very much.

Its a pretty good vr it has 256GB of storage which is the perfect amount of storage for alot of games, and best buy has really good payment plans. Ive shopped at best buy for awhile now and ive never been disappointed.

This headset has to be the apex of standalone virtual reality by far. From the full color pass through, to the hd haptics in the controllers, this headset is incredible at what it does. I highly recommend picking one of these up for a christmas gift or, yourself.
